    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数本のタングステン線を撚ってワイヤの形状とし、該
    ワイヤをフィル軸が直線となるようにコイル化した真空
    蒸着用タングステンフィラメントにおいて、前記ワイヤ
    の撚る方向と、前記フィラメントのコイル化方向とが同
    方向であることを特徴とする真空蒸着用タングステンフ
    ィラメント。
