Abstract
Description
本出願は、「光熱標的治療システムおよび関連する方法で使用するための温度感知装置」と題する2019年2月12日に出願された同時係属米国仮特許出願第62/804,719号の利益を主張し、この出願は、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
1.表皮を冷却し、次いで光熱治療を適用する。

Claims (25)
- 被測定面の温度を測定するための温度測定システムのためのスキャナー装置であって、前記スキャナー装置が、
1)第1の温度センサーと、
2)その中に一体化された第2の温度センサーを含む参照表面と
を含み、
前記第1の温度センサーが、前記被測定面の少なくとも一部および前記参照表面の少なくとも一部の両方を同時に覆う視野を含み、
第1の温度センサーが、前記被測定面の一部および前記参照表面の一部の両方の第1の測定値を同時に取るように構成されており、
前記第1の温度センサーによって取られた前記参照表面の前記第1の測定値が、前記第1の温度センサーを較正する際に使用するために、前記第2の温度センサーによって取られた第2の測定値と比較される、スキャナー装置。 - 前記第1の温度センサーが、赤外線カメラである、請求項1に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記第2の温度センサーが、接触センサーである、請求項1に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記接触センサーが、集積回路温度測定装置、測温抵抗体、熱電対、およびサーミスタのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記第2の温度センサーが、少なくとも2つの接触センサーを含む、請求項3に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記参照表面が、その上にテクスチャーを含む、請求項1に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記テクスチャーが、前記参照表面以外の任意の外面を、前記第1の温度センサーの視野から離すように構成されている、請求項6に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記テクスチャーが、鋸歯状のパターンを含む、請求項7に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記参照表面が、前記被測定面の測定された放射率値にほぼ等しい参照放射率値を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記参照表面が、前記参照放射率値を特徴とする材料で形成されている、請求項9に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記参照表面が、前記参照放射率値を特徴とする材料でコーティングされている、請求項9に記載のスキャナー装置。
- 前記参照表面が、温度安定化機構を含む、請求項1に記載のスキャナー装置
- さらに、その中に一体化された第3の温度センサーを含む第2の参照表面を含む、請求項1に記載のスキャナー装置

前記コントローラが、前記光熱治療ユニットを使用して、治療プロトコルを適用するように構成されており、
前記温度測定システムが、1)第1の温度センサーと、2)その中に一体化された第2の温度センサーを有する参照表面とを含み、
前記第1の温度センサーが、前記被測定面の少なくとも一部および前記参照表面の少なくとも一部の両方を覆う視野を含む、システム。 - 前記第1の温度センサーによって取られた第1の測定値が、前記第2の温度測定値に関して前記第1の温度測定値を較正する際に使用するために、前記第2の温度センサーによって取られた第2の測定値と比較される、請求項14に記載の光熱標的治療システム。
- 前記第1の測定値および第2の測定値が治療プロトコル中にその場で取られる、請求項15に記載の光熱標的治療システム。
- 前記第1の測定値および第2の測定値が、進行中の治療プロトコルを修正するためにコントローラによって使用される、請求項16に記載の光熱標的治療システム

- 前記参照表面が、その上にテクスチャーを含む、請求項14に記載の光熱標的治療システム。
- 前記テクスチャーが、前記参照表面以外の放射を、前記第1の温度センサーの前記視野から逸らすように構成されている、請求項20に記載の光熱標的治療システム。
- 前記テクスチャーが、鋸歯状のパターンを含む、請求項21に記載の光熱標的治療システム。
- 前記温度測定システムが、前記光光熱治療ユニットに一体化されている、請求項14に記載の光熱標的治療システム
- 前記測定された表面温度(すなわち、表皮温度)の時間応答を使用して、下にある真皮温度を推定し、それによって、光熱標的治療システムによって標的となる皮脂腺の温度のより正確な推定を提供する、請求項14に記載の光熱標的治療システム。
- 皮膚科的治療で使用するための温度測定システムを連続的に較正するための方法であって、
