Claims (12)
- 患者に流体を投与する又は患者から流体を採取するための、経皮アクセス又は静脈アクセス用の医療装置(1)であって、
内部空洞(25)を有する管状本体(2)を備え、前記管状本体は、近位端(2B)と、第1の動作位置においてカニューレ(4)が延びる遠位端(2A)とを有し、前記カニューレは、カニューレホルダ(8)の遠位端(7)によって支持され、前記カニューレホルダ(8)は近位端(9)を有し、前記カニューレホルダ(8)は、前記カニューレ(4)を、前記カニューレが前記管状本体(2)内に位置する第2の動作位置に設置するように、弾性の推進要素(26)の作用下で前記医療装置(1)の前記管状本体(2)の前記空洞(25)内を移動可能であり、前記管状本体(2)と一体化された停止部(32)が設けられており、前記停止部(32)は前記カニューレホルダ(8)の前記移動を阻止することが可能であり、作動手段(24)が前記移動を可能にするために設けられており、前記作動手段(24)は、前記医療装置(1)の管状本体(2)に取り付けられており、前記カニューレホルダ(8)と一体化された作動無効化手段(35)と協働する医療装置(1)において、
前記作動手段(24)は、前記カニューレホルダの非作用部(88)の上をスライドする突起部(53)を含み、前記スライドは、前記作動手段(24)と前記作動無効化手段との間の協働が開始される際に行われ、前記カニューレホルダ(8)は、前記協働の間の力が印加された状態では変形せず、実質的に剛体であることを特徴とする医療装置(1)。 - 前記動作位置のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて、前記カニューレ(4)は、前記管状本体(2)の長手方向軸線(K)に対して傾斜して配置された長手方向軸線(W)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記カニューレホルダ(8)は、前記カニューレ(4)の長手方向軸線(W)に対して傾斜した長手方向軸線を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記カニューレホルダ(8)は、前記カニューレ(4)の長手方向軸線(W)と同様に傾斜し、前記長手方向軸線(W)と一致した長手方向軸線を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記カニューレホルダ(8)の前記遠位端(7)は、前記カニューレ(4)の近位端(4F)を収容可能な座部(81)を備え、前記座部の軸線は、前記カニューレ(4)の長手方向軸線(W)と一致していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、微小灌流針である前記医療装置において、
前記カニューレホルダ(8)は、前記近位端(9)において、前記流体が循環する管(10)用の座部(90)を備え、前記座部(90)は、前記カニューレホルダ(8)の長手方向軸線を前記カニューレの長手方向軸線(W)に一致させて位置決めするように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記カニューレホルダ(8)の前記遠位端(7)に設けられた前記座部(81)の軸線は、前記管(10)を収容する前記座部(90)の軸線とは一致しないことを特徴とする、請求項5及び6に記載の医療装置。
- 前記管状本体(2)は、その内部空洞(25)において、前記カニューレホルダ(8)用の推進手段(26)を備え、前記推進手段(26)は、前記カニューレホルダ(8)の長手方向軸線を、前記管状本体(2)の長手方向軸線(K)に対して傾斜した位置にある前記カニューレ(W)の長手方向軸線と一致するように位置決め可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記カニューレホルダ(8)は、前記カニューレホルダ(8)が移動可能である前記管状本体(2)の空洞(25)に存在する可撓性フィン又は同等の阻止部(40)と協働可能な部分(42)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記カニューレホルダ(8)の前記部分(42)は、前記カニューレホルダ(8)内に設けられた凹部(42)、又は、前記カニューレホルダ(8)から突出した部分であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、カテーテル針である、又は、類似の医療装置であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記カニューレホルダ(8)の遠位端(7)に設けられた前記座部(81)の軸線は、前記カニューレホルダ(8)の近位端に存在する逆流チャンバの軸線に一致していないことを特徴とする、請求項5及び11に記載の医療装置。
