Claims (9)
- 本体プライ(3)のエッジ部(19)が本体プライ(3)自体の中間部分に当たるように、それ自体の上に部分的に折り畳まれ、したがって2つの側方フラップを有する本本体プライ(3)から成る、トロイダルカーカス(2);
各ビードは本体プライ(3)によって取り囲まれ、ビードコア(5)とビードフィラー(6)とを有する、2つの環状ビード(4);
環状トレッド(7);
少なくとも1つの本体プライ(9)を備えるトレッドベルト(8);
トレッド(7)とビード(4)との間の本体プライ(3)の外側に配置された一対の側壁(11);
本体プライ(3)の外側に、側壁(11)の半径方向内側に、およびビード(4)に配置されている、一対の研摩ガムストリップ(12);
空気に対して不透過性であり、本体プライ(3)内に配置されたインナーライナー(10)と、本体プライ(3)のフラップにおいて本体プライ(3)と接触して配置され、本体プライ(3)のエッジ部(19)とビードフィラー(6)のエッジ部(20)との間に全体的に配置されたトランスポンダ(13)とは、トランスポンダ(13)の半径方向外側端部が本体プライ(3)のエッジ部(19)の内側により半径方向に配置され、トランスポンダ(13)の半径方向内側端部がビードフィラー(6)のエッジ部(20)の外側により半径方向に配置されるようになっている;
ここで、本体プライ(3)の各フラップは本体プライ(3)の各フラップ内で本体プライ(3)のエッジ部(19)がトレッドプライ(9)の下にあるように、トレッドプライ(9)の下で半径方向に終端する;
空気タイヤ(1)は、以下の特徴を有する:
トランスポンダ(13)は本体プライ(3)とインナーライナー(10)との間に配置され、したがって、トランスポンダ(13)は外側で本体プライ(3)に横方向に隣接し、直接接触し、内側でインナーライナー(10)に横方向に隣接し、直接接触する;
トランスポンダ(13)の半径方向外側端部と本体プライ(3)のエッジ部(19)との間には7mmを超える第1の半径方向距離(D1)が設けられ、トランスポンダ(13)の半径方向内側端部とビードフィラー(6)のエッジ部(20)との間には7mmを超える第2の半径方向距離(D2)が設けられる。 - 前記第1の半径方向距離(D1)は10mmより大きい、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- 前記第2の半径方向距離(D2)が10mmより大きい、請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- トランスポンダ(13)が、重ね合わされ、互いに押し付けられたゴムの2つのストリップ(18)からなるスリーブ(17)内に挿入されている、請求項1、2または3に記載の空気タイヤ(1)。
- 前記スリーブ(17)のゴムの前記2つのストリップ(18)は前記トランスポンダ(13)よりも1~2mm長い/広い、請求項4に記載の空気タイヤ(1)。
- スリーブ(17)の厚さ(T)が0.6~2mmで請求項4または5に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- 請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の空気タイヤ(1)において、前記トランスポンダ(13)が円周方向に配置されていることを特徴とする空気タイヤ。
- トランスポンダ(13)が直線形状を有し、したがって空気入りタイヤ(1)内で空気入りタイヤ(1)の他のすべての構成要素の円形の進行に追従しない、請求項7に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- トランスポンダ(13)が側壁(11)が存在し、摩耗ガムストリップ(12)が存在しない領域内に配置される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
