Claims (9)
- 自身の上に部分的に折り返され、したがって2つの側方のフラップを有する、本体プライ(3)からなり、各前記フラップ内において前記本体プライ(3)のエッジ部(19)が前記本体プライ(3)自体の中間部分に当接している、トロイダル状のカーカス(2)と;
それぞれ、前記本体プライ(3)によって取り囲まれ、ビードコア(5)とビードフィラー(6)とを有する、2つの環状のビード(4)と;
環状のトレッド(7)と;
少なくとも1つのトレッドプライ(9)を備える、トレッドベルト(8)と;
前記トレッド(7)と前記ビード(4)との間において前記本体プライ(3)の外側に配置された、一対のサイドウォール(11)と;
前記本体プライ(3)の外側において、前記サイドウォール(11)よりも径方向内側にて、かつ、前記ビード(4)にて、配置されている、一対の摩耗ガム帯状部材(12)と;
空気に対して不透過性であり、前記本体プライ(3)の内側に配置された、インナーライナー(10)と;
トランスポンダ(13)であって、前記本体プライ(3)のフラップにおいて前記本体プライ(3)と接触して配置され、前記トランスポンダ(13)の径方向外側端部が前記本体プライ(3)の前記エッジ部(19)よりも径方向内側に配置され、前記トランスポンダ(13)の径方向内側端部が前記ビードフィラー(6)のエッジ部(20)よりも径方向外側に配置されるように、前記本体プライ(3)の前記エッジ部(19)と前記ビードフィラー(6)のエッジ部(20)との間に全体的に配置された、トランスポンダ(13)と;
を備え、
前記本体プライ(3)の各フラップは、前記本体プライ(3)の各フラップ内において前記本体プライ(3)の前記エッジ部(19)が前記トレッドプライ(9)の下にあるように、前記トレッドプライ(9)の径方向下側で終端し;
前記トランスポンダ(13)は、前記本体プライ(3)と前記インナーライナー(10)との間に配置され、それにより、前記トランスポンダ(13)は、外側において前記本体プライ(3)に横方向に面するとともに直接接触し、内側において前記インナーライナー(10)に横方向に面するとともに直接接触し;
前記トランスポンダ(13)の前記径方向外側端部と前記本体プライ(3)の前記エッジ部(19)との間には、7mmよりも大きい第1径方向距離(D1)が設けられ;
前記トランスポンダ(13)の前記径方向内側端部と前記ビードフィラー(6)の前記エッジ部(20)との間には、7mmよりも大きい第2径方向距離(D2)が設けられる、空気入りタイヤ(1)。 - 前記第1径方向距離(D1)は10mmよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- 前記第2径方向距離(D2)は10mmよりも大きい、請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- 前記トランスポンダ(13)は、互いに重ね合わされて押圧された2つのゴムの帯状部材(18)からなるスリーブ(17)内に挿入されている、請求項1、2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- 前記スリーブ(17)の前記2つのゴムの帯状部材(18)は、前記トランスポンダ(13)よりも1~2mmだけ長い/広い、請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- 前記スリーブ(17)の厚さ(T)は0.6~2mmである、請求項4又は5に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- 前記トランスポンダ(13)は周方向に配置されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トランスポンダ(13)は、直線形状を有し、したがって、前記空気入りタイヤ(1)内において前記空気入りタイヤ(1)の他のすべての構成要素の円形の進行に追従しない、請求項7に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
- 前記トランスポンダ(13)は、前記サイドウォール(11)が存在するとともに前記摩耗ガム帯状部材(12)が存在しない領域内に配置される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ(1)。
