nは、X1が窒素原子を表わす場合2を表わし、mは、X2が窒素原子を表わす場合2を表わし;
R1は、4~36個の炭素原子、好適には4~20個の炭素原子、有利には6~18個の炭素原子を含む、飽和または不飽和の直鎖または分岐アルキル基を表わし;
R2は、4~36個の炭素原子、好適には4~20個の炭素原子、有利には6~18個の炭素原子を含む、飽和または不飽和の直鎖または分岐アルキル基を表わす;
(i)モノ、ジまたはトリグリセリドの脂肪性物質、または脂肪酸と、
(ii)ジエタノールアミンまたは2-(2-アミノエチル)アミノエタノールと、
(iii)三酸化モリブデンまたはモリブデート、好適にはモリブデン酸アンモニウムの中から選択されたモリブデン供給源と、
の反応によって調製される。
R1は、4~36個の炭素原子、好適には4~20個の炭素原子、有利には6~18個の炭素原子を含む、飽和または不飽和の直鎖または分岐アルキル基を表わす;
R1は、4~36個の炭素原子、好適には4~20個の炭素原子、有利には6~18個の炭素原子を含む、飽和または不飽和の直鎖または分岐アルキル基を表わす;
の少なくとも1つの化合物で構成される。
kは4以上、好ましくは4~10、有利には4~7の整数を表し、
nは1~4の整数であり、
Lは1~100個の炭素原子、好ましくは1~40個の炭素原子、有利には3~20個の炭素原子を含むジチオカルバミン酸アルキル基である。
同一のまたは異なるものであるR3、R4、R5、R6は、独立してアルキル、アルケニル、アリール、シクロアルキルまたはシクロアルケニル基の中から選択された炭化水素基を表わし、
同一のまたは異なるものであるX3、X4、X5およびX6は、独立して酸素原子または硫黄原子を表わす。
- X3およびX4は酸素原子を表わし、
- X5およびX6は硫黄原子を表わし、
- 式(VI)のR3は、8個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基または13個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わし、
- 式(VI)のR4は、8個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基または13個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わし、
- 式(VI)のR5は、8個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基または13個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わし、
- 式(VI)のR6は、8個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基または13個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わす。
- R3、R4、R5およびR6が8個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わす式(VI-a)のMo-DTC化合物、
- R3、R4、R5およびR6が13個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わす式(VI-a)のMo-DTC化合物、および/または
- R3、R4が8個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わし、R5およびR6が13個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わす、式(VI-a)のMo-DTC化合物、
の混合物である。
- 少なくとも1つの基油と、
- 本発明に係る少なくとも1つのモリブデン複核錯体と、
を含む潤滑性組成物にも関する。
周囲温度で2週間、MoO3を以下のアミンと混合することによって、モリブデン複核錯体が得られる。使用されるアミンの重量は、分子中の窒素の数をnとして3×(0.5/n)%に等しい。
実施例1で得た潤滑性組成物を数ヵ月間保管して、その安定性を評価した。
共に100C6鋼製のボール(φ12mm)-平面接点を伴う摩擦計上で、実施例1の組成物の各々について試験を実施した。これらの試験のために使用された条件は、以下の通りである。540MPaの最大接触圧力に対応する、7Nの垂直負荷、110℃の温度、5Hzの速度、5mmの振幅。1秒間に5回のA/Rサイクルを実施し、これは毎時18000サイクルに対応する。

Claims (13)
- 式(I):
Rは、3~30個の炭素原子、好ましくは3~20個、有利には7~17個の炭素原子を含む直鎖または分岐アルキルを表わし、
同一のまたは異なるものであるnは、2または3を表わし、
同一のまたは異なるものであるR2およびR3は、O、OR、NR’2、COOR’またはCOO基を表わし、ここで同一のまたは異なるものであるR’は水素原子またはアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属を表わし、好ましくはR’はHであり、好ましくは、同一のまたは異なるものであるR2およびR3はOHまたはNH2基を表わしている、
モリブデン複核錯体。 - モリブデン化合物と式(I)の化合物との混合物を含む請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の錯体の調製方法。
- - 少なくとも1つの基油と、
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の少なくとも1つのモリブデン複核錯体と、
を含む潤滑性組成物。 - さらに少なくとも1つの摩耗防止添加剤、例えばジチオリン酸亜鉛を含む、請求項5に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 組成物の総重量との関係において0.001~0.1重量%の請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のモリブデン複核錯体を含む、請求項5または6に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 潤滑性組成物の摩擦係数を低下させるためそして好ましくは経時的に低い摩擦係数を維持するための、少なくとも1つの基油を含む潤滑性組成物における請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の錯体の使用。
- 式(I):
Rは、3~30個の炭素原子、好ましくは3~20個、有利には7~17個の炭素原子を含む直鎖または分岐アルキルを表わし、
同一のまたは異なるものであるnは、2または3を表わし、

組成物の、潤滑性組成物中でモリブデンを安定化することを目的とした使用。 - エンジン、特に内燃機関の潤滑のための、請求項5から7のいずれか一つに記載の潤滑性組成物の使用。
- 少なくとも1つの基油を含む潤滑性組成物におけるモリブデンを分解から保護するための、特に加水分解によるモリブデン保護方法において、

同一のまたは異なるものであるnは、2または3を表わし、

複核錯体の形で前記モリブデンを錯化するステップを含む方法。 - 少なくとも1つの基油を含む潤滑性組成物のフューエルエコ特性を改善する方法において、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の複核錯体を前記潤滑性組成物中に添加するステップを含む方法。
- モリブデン複核錯体が、潤滑性組成物の総重量との関係における重量で、100ppm~1000ppmのモリブデン、好ましくは400~800ppmのモリブデンの量で使用される、請求項12に記載の方法。
