Claims (15)
- 少なくとも一軸延伸されたポリエステル基材フィルムと、
前記基材フィルムの少なくとも何れか一つの一面に形成され、ポリウレタン系樹脂またはポリエステル系樹脂の中から選択された少なくとも一つ以上の樹脂と硬化剤とを含むプライマー層とを含む偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルム。 - 前記硬化剤は、オキサゾリン系、カルボジイミド系及びメラミン系からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つ以上の樹脂である請求項1に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記プライマー層のポリウレタン系樹脂またはポリエステル系樹脂は、全体塗布液において固形分が4ないし7%で、前記硬化剤は、ポリウレタン系樹脂またはポリエステル系樹脂対比100:5ないし100:50の割合を有する請求項1に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記プライマー層のポリウレタン系樹脂またはポリエステル系樹脂は、全体塗布液において固形分が4.5~5.5%である請求項3に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記プライマー層は、550nmの波長帯において反射率が4%以下である請求項1に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステル基材フィルムは、面内位相差(Re)が500nm以下で、厚さ方向位相差(Rth)が8000nm以上である請求項1に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステル基材フィルムは、面配向係数(ΔP)が0.164以下である請求項1に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステル基材フィルム内の結晶性領域(Crystalline Region)の主鎖の配向角が17度以下である請求項1に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルム。

- 前記基材フィルムとプライマー層との間の付着力及び60℃、90%湿度下で500時間の高温高湿条件後の耐湿付着力は95%以上であり、前記プライマー層と後加工樹脂との付着力は95%以上である請求項1に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルム。
- ポリエステル樹脂を溶融押出して未延伸シートを形成する第1段階と、
前記第1段階において形成された未延伸シートを長さ方向(MD)に一軸延伸する第2段階と、
前記第2段階において長さ方向へ一軸延伸されたシートの少なくとも一面にポリウレタン系樹脂またはポリエステル系樹脂の中から選択された少なくとも一つ以上の樹脂と硬化剤とが混合された塗布液を塗布し乾燥する第3段階と、
前記第3段階において塗布液が塗布されたシートを幅方向(TD)に二軸延伸する第4段階と、
前記第4段階において延伸されたシートを熱固定して、偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルムを形成する第5段階とを含む偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記第2段階の長さ方向(MD)の延伸比は3.0ないし3.3倍で、前記第4段階の幅方向(TD)の延伸比は3.0ないし3.6倍である請求項12に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記第5段階の熱固定温度は、180ないし220℃である請求項12に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし11のうち、いずれか一項に記載の偏光子保護用ポリエステルフィルムが偏光子の少なくとも何れか一つの一面に備えられた偏光板。
