Abstract
Description
いくつかの実施態様では、屋根材層と、屋根材層の下に配置された保護ボード層と、保護ボード層の下に配置された硬質断熱層とを有する、屋根パネルを備えていることができる。また、屋根パネルは、硬質断熱層の下に配置された蒸気抑制と、第1セメントボード層と、第1セメントボード層の下に配置されたハイドロニックフォーム層と、ハイドロニックフォーム層内に配置されたハイドロニック配管とを備えていることができる。屋根パネルはさらに、ハイドロニックフォーム層の下に配置された第2セメントボード層と、第2セメントボード層の下面に結合された1つまたは複数の根太と、1つまたは複数の根太の下に配置された1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層であって、1つまたは複数の根太は1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層の上面に結合されている、1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層と、第2セメントボード層と1つまたは複数の根太とおよび1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層とによって区画される空間に配置された1つまたは複数の断熱層とを備えていることができる。
図46Aは、いくつかの実装形態に従った例示的な浴室ユーティリティ壁パネル4600の等角図である。図46Aに示す浴室ユーティリティ壁パネルは、複数階の建物の2つの床に跨がっているが、複数階の建物のより多くの床またはより少ない床に跨がるように構築することができる。図46Bは、いくつかの実施態様による図46Aの例示的な浴室ユーティリティ壁パネル4600の分解図である。浴室ユーティリティ壁パネル4600は、ガラスマット下地ボード4601、およびアルミニウム垂直胴縁(4602、4603、4604、4605、4607、4614、4617、および4619)を備えている。また、浴室ユーティリティ壁パネル4600は、アルミニウム複合材料パネル(4606、4608、4609、4610、4611、4612、4613、4615、4618)、およびガラスマット下地ボード4620を備えている。
Claims (20)
- 第1セメントボード層と、
前記第1セメントボード層の下に配置されたハイドロニックフォーム層と、
前記ハイドロニックフォーム層内に配置されたハイドロニック配管と、
前記ハイドロニックフォーム層の下に配置された第2セメントボード層と、
前記第2セメントボード層の下面に結合された1つまたは複数の根太と、
前記1つまたは複数の根太の下に配置された1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層であって、前記1つまたは複数の根太は前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層の上面に結合されている、前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層と、および
前記第2セメントボード層、前記1つまたは複数の根太、および前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層によって区画される空間に配置された1つまたは複数の断熱層と
を備えている床パネル。 - 前記床パネルはさらに、
前記第2セメントボード層と前記1つまたは複数の根太の頂部との間に配置された第1板金部材と、
前記1つまたは複数の根太の底部と前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層の上面との間に配置された第2板金部材と
を備える、請求項1に記載の床パネル。 - 前記第1セメントボード層および前記第2セメントボード層は、1つまたは複数のファスナを介して前記第1板金部材に取り付けられている、
請求項2に記載の床パネル。 - 前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層は、2つのガラス繊維下地付き石膏ボード層を備えている、
請求項1に記載の床パネル。 - 屋根材層と、
前記屋根材層の下に配置された保護ボード層と、
前記保護ボード層の下に配置された硬質断熱層と、
前記硬質断熱層の下に配置された蒸気抑制と、
第1セメントボード層と、
前記第1セメントボード層の下に配置されたハイドロニックフォーム層と、
前記ハイドロニックフォーム層内に配置されたハイドロニック配管と、
前記ハイドロニックフォーム層の下に配置された第2セメントボード層と、
前記第2セメントボード層の下面に結合された1つまたは複数の根太と、
前記1つまたは複数の根太の下に配置された1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層であって、前記1つまたは複数の根太は前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層の上面に結合されている、前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層と、および
前記第2セメントボード層、前記1つまたは複数の根太、および前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層によって区画される空間に配置された1つまたは複数の断熱層と
を備える屋根パネル。 - 前記屋根パネルはさらに、
前記第2セメントボード層と前記1つまたは複数の根太の頂部との間に配置された第1板金部材と、
前記1つまたは複数の根太の底部と前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層の上面との間に配置された第2板金部材と
を備える、請求項5に記載の屋根パネル。 - 前記第1セメントボード層および前記第2セメントボード層は、1つまたは複数のファスナを介して前記第1板金部材に取り付けられている、
請求項6に記載の屋根パネル。 - 前記1つまたは複数の石膏ボード層は、2つのガラス繊維下地付き石膏ボード層を備えている、
請求項5に記載の屋根パネル。 - 断熱部と、
前記断熱部の第1面に設けられた第1石膏ボード層と、
前記断熱部の第1面とは反対側である前記断熱部の第2面の上に設置された第2石膏ボード層と、
前記第1石膏ボード層に結合された複数の第1ハットチャンネルと、
前記第2石膏ボード層に結合された複数の第2ハットチャンネルと、
第1トリムピースを介して前記複数の第1ハットチャンネルに結合された第1仕上げパネルと、および
第2トリムピースを介して前記複数の第2ハットチャンネルに結合された第2仕上げパネルと
を備えている分離壁。 - 前記分離壁はさらに、
前記断熱部と前記第1石膏ボード層との間で前記第1石膏ボード層の内面に設置された第1板金部材と、および
前記断熱部と前記第2石膏ボード層との間で前記第2石膏ボード層の内面に配置された第2板金部材と
を備える、請求項9に記載の分離壁。 - 前記第1石膏ボード層は、ガラス繊維下地付き石膏ボードを備えており、
前記第2石膏ボード層は、ガラス繊維下地付き石膏ボードを備えている、
請求項9に記載の分離壁。 - 断熱部と、
前記断熱部の第1面に設置された断熱ボードと、
前記断熱部の第1面で前記断熱ボードの上に設置された第1石膏ボード層と、
前記断熱部の第1面とは反対側の第2面に設置された第2石膏ボード層と、
前記第1石膏ボード層の上に設置された耐候性バリアと、および
前記第2石膏ボード層の上に設置された蒸気抑制層と
を備えているユーティリティ壁。 - 前記ユーティリティ壁はさらに、
前記耐候性バリアの上で前記ユーティリティ壁の外部に結合された1つまたは複数の胴縁部材と、
前記1つまたは複数の胴縁部材に結合された1つまたは複数の外部仕上げパネルと
を備えている、請求項12に記載のユーティリティ壁。 - 前記ユーティリティ壁はさらに、
前記第2石膏ボード層に結合された1つまたは複数のハットチャンネル部材と、
前記1つまたは複数のハットチャンネル部材に対応する1つまたは複数のトリムピースと、および
前記トリムピースを介して前記ユーティリティ壁に結合された1つまたは複数の内装仕上げパネルと
を備えている、請求項13に記載のユーティリティ壁。 - 前記断熱部は、複数の断熱層を備えている、
請求項12に記載のユーティリティ壁。 - 断熱部と、
前記断熱部の第1面に設置された断熱層と、
前記断熱部とは反対側で前記断熱層の面に設置された第1石膏ボード層と、
前記断熱層とは反対側で前記第1石膏ボード層の面に設置された耐候性バリアと、
前記断熱層の第1面とは反対側の第2面に設置された第2石膏ボード層と、および
前記第2石膏ボード層と前記断熱部との間で前記第2石膏ボード層の内面に設置された蒸気抑制層と
を備えている端壁。 - 前記端壁はさらに、
前記断熱層と前記断熱部との間で前記断熱層の内面に設置された第1板金層と、および
前記第2石膏ボード層と前記断熱部との間で前記第2石膏ボード層の内面に設けられた第2板金層と
を備える、請求項16に記載の端壁。 - 前記端壁はさらに、
前記第2石膏ボード層に結合された1つまたは複数のハットチャンネル部材と、
対応するトリムピースを介して前記ハットチャンネル部材に結合された1つまたは複数の内装仕上げパネルと、および
前記第2石膏ボード層、前記1つまたは複数のハットチャンネル部材、および前記内装仕上げパネルによって区画される空間に設置された断熱材と
を備えている、請求項17に記載の端壁。 - 中空構造部梁と、
前記中空構造部梁内に配置された幅広フランジ梁と
を備えている持送り梁であって、
前記中空構造部梁には、前記中空構造部梁内に配置された前記幅広フランジ梁を取り囲むようにグラウトが充填されている、
