Abstract
Description
M1及びM2は、それぞれ独立して、周期律表上の3~10族元素であり、
X1及びX2は、それぞれ独立して、(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C1-C20)シクロアルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキルシリル基、シリル(C1-C20)アルキル基;(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリール(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキル(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリールシリル基、シリル(C6-C20)アリール基;(C1-C20)アルコキシ基、(C1-C20)アルキルシロキシ基;(C6-C20)アリールオキシ基;ハロゲン基;またはアミン基であり、
Ar1とAr2及びAr3とAr4は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ独立して、シクロペンタジエニル、メチルシクロペンタジエニル、ジメチルシクロペンタチエニル、及びインデニルのうち何れか1つの骨格を有するリガンドであり、
m及びnは、それぞれ独立して、1~5の整数であり、
Bは、炭素、ケイ素、ゲルマニウム、窒素、及びリンから選択されるものであり、
Lは、水素、(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C1-C20)シクロアルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキルシリル基、シリル(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリール(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキル(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリールシリル基、またはシリル(C6-C20)アリール基であり、
pは、1または2の整数である。
遷移金属化合物として、ジメチルシリルビス(2-メチル-4-ブチルフェニルインデニル)ジルコニウムジクロリド(S-PCI社)を使用した。
内部容量が3Lであるステンレス鋼のオートクレーブの内部を窒素で完全に置換した。
表1に示したような含量及び条件を適用し、実施例1と同様の方法によりポリプロピレン樹脂を製造した。
実施例1において、ジエンを1.5ml使用し、第1重合反応及び第2重合反応の区分なしに、反応温度が70℃に達した時に直ちにジエンを投入したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法によりポリプロピレン樹脂を製造した。
表2に示したような含量及び条件を適用し、実施例1と同様の方法によりポリプロピレン樹脂を製造した。
上記実施例1~7及び比較例1~6で製造されたポリプロピレン樹脂に対して、下記のような方法により物性を測定し、その結果を下記表3にそれぞれ示した。
ASTM D1238に準じて、ポリプロピレン樹脂を230℃で4分間それぞれ加熱した後、シリンダーに2.16kgのピストンを元の位置におき、オリフィス(内径:2.09mm、長さ:8mm)を一定時間(分単位)通過して出た樹脂の重量を測定し、10分間の通過量に換算した。
Advanced rheometric expansion system(ARES)のExtensional viscosity fixture(EVF)モードを用いて測定した。試験片は、ホットプレス溶融または射出により横20mm、縦10mm、及び厚さ7mmに製作された。試験片を流量(Rheometric)測定装置(2KFRTN、TA Instrument社)を用いてサンプル置台に固定させた後、サンプル置台が軸を中心に回転する時に、試験片にかかる抵抗値から溶融張力を測定した。サンプル置台の回転距離(伸び率)によって変化される溶融張力のうち最大値を溶融張力として測定した。この際、サンプル置台の回転速度であるExtension Rateは0.1s-1に設定し、測定温度は190℃であった。
上記溶融張力の測定時に、サンプルが固定された置台が軸を中心に回転する時間を、サンプルの伸び距離に換算して測定した。回転速度であるExtension Rateは0.1s-1に設定して測定した。時間によるサンプルの伸び時に、最高溶融張力値を示す時の時間を溶融伸び率として測定した。
ASTM D2765の方法に準じてゲル含量を測定した。乾燥された生成物を粉砕し、キシレンに入れた後、沸点で12時間抽出して残存量を測定した。この際、抽出前の試料の重量に対する、抽出後の残存試料の百分率をゲル含量とした。
PL Mixed-BX2+preColが取り付けられたPL210 GPCを用いて、135℃で1.0mL/minの速度で1,2,3-卜リクロロベンゼン溶媒下で測定し、PLポリスチレン標準物質を用いて分子量を補正した。
Dupont DSC2910を用いて、窒素雰囲気下で10℃/minの速度で2nd加熱条件で測定した。
加工性は、押出機のトルクを測定して評価し、押出機に取り付けられたトルク測定機(ロードセル機器を用いた測定方法)で測定した。

X1及びX2は、それぞれ独立して、(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C 3 -C20)シクロアルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキルシリル基、シリル(C1-C20)アルキル基;(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリール(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキル(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリールシリル基、シリル(C6-C20)アリール基;(C1-C20)アルコキシ基、(C1-C20)アルキルシロキシ基;(C6-C20)アリールオキシ基;ハロゲン基;またはアミン基であり、
Ar1とAr2及びAr3とAr4は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ独立して、シクロペンタジエニル、メチルシクロペンタジエニル、ジメチルシクロペンタチエニル、及びインデニルのうち何れか1つの骨格を有するリガンドであり、

Claims (11)
- メタロセン触媒の存在下で、プロピレン単量体を重合反応させてポリプロピレンを生成する段階と、
前記生成されたポリプロピレン及び未反応のプロピレン単量体にジエン化合物及び共単量体を投入して反応させることで、前記ポリプロピレンの主鎖に炭素数40以上の長鎖分岐を形成する段階と、を含む、高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法。 - 前記ジエン化合物は、(C4~C20)の脂肪族ジエン化合物及び芳香族ジエン化合物から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記ジエン化合物は、プロピレン単量体100重量部に対して0.0001~5重量部の含量で投入する、請求項1に記載の高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記共単量体は、エテン、プロペン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテン、1-ノネン、1-デセン、1-ウンデセン、及び1-ドデセンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記共単量体は、プロピレン単量体100重量部に対して0.1~20重量部の含量で投入する、請求項1に記載の高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記ポリプロピレンを生成する段階は第1反応器で行い、ポリプロピレンの主鎖に長鎖分岐を形成する段階は第2反応器で行う、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記ポリプロピレンを生成する段階の前に、前記プロピレン単量体を予備重合する段階をさらに含む、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記メタロセン触媒は、下記化学式1及び化学式2のうち少なくとも1種の遷移金属化合物を含むものである、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法。

X1及びX2は、それぞれ独立して、(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C1-C20)シクロアルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキルシリル基、シリル(C1-C20)アルキル基;(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリール(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキル(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリールシリル基、シリル(C6-C20)アリール基;(C1-C20)アルコキシ基、(C1-C20)アルキルシロキシ基;(C6-C20)アリールオキシ基;ハロゲン基;またはアミン基であり、
Ar1とAr2及びAr3とAr4は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ独立して、シクロペンタジエニル、メチルシクロペンタジエニル、ジメチルシクロペンタチエニル、及びインデニルのうち何れか1つの骨格を有するリガンドであり、
さらに、m及びnは、それぞれ独立して、1~5の整数であり、
Bは、炭素、ケイ素、ゲルマニウム、窒素、及びリンから選択されるものであり、
Lは、水素、(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C1-C20)シクロアルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキルシリル基、シリル(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリール(C1-C20)アルキル基、(C1-C20)アルキル(C6-C20)アリール基、(C6-C20)アリールシリル基、またはシリル(C6-C20)アリール基であり、
pは、1または2の整数である。) - 前記メタロセン触媒は、化学式3~5で表される化合物のうち少なくとも1種の助触媒をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法。
Alはアルミニウムであり;
Raは、ハロゲン基、またはハロゲン基で置換又は非置換された(C1-C20)ヒドロカルビル基であり、
Oは酸素であり;
qは2以上の整数である。)、
Rbは、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ独立して、ハロゲン基、またはハロゲン基で置換又は非置換された(C1-C20)ヒドロカルビル基である。)、
Zは13族元素であり;
Rcは、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ独立して、ハロゲン基、(C1-C20)ヒドロカルビル基、アルコキシ基、及びフェノキシ基からなる群から選択される1または2以上の置換基で置換された(C6-C20)アリール基;ハロゲン基、(C1-C20)ヒドロカルビル基、アルコキシ基、及びフェノキシ基からなる群から選択される1または2以上の置換基で置換された(C1-C20)アルキル基である。)。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の方法により製造されるものであって、ジエン化合物の残基が0.0001~5重量%の含量で含まれ、ゲル含量が1重量%以下である、高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂。
- 前記ポリプロピレン樹脂は、溶融指数(230℃、2.16kg荷重)が0.1~50g/10minであり、最大溶融伸び時間が20秒以上である伸び率を有し、加工性(押出機のトルク値)が30~40N・mである、請求項10に記載の高溶融張力ポリプロピレン樹脂。
