Claims (28)
- 炭化水素又は炭化水素含有原料を石油化学製品混合物に触媒転換するための反応ユニット(202)であって、前記反応ユニットが、
ハウジング(204)と、
前記ハウジング(204)の底部に配置されている流動床ディストリビュータープレート(206)と、
前記流動床ディストリビュータープレート(206)の上方に配置されている再生ゾーン(240)及びストリッピングゾーン(241)であって、触媒粒子(214)を収容するための前記再生ゾーン(240)及び前記ストリッピングゾーン(241)と、
前記ストリッピングゾーン(241)の上方に配置されている反応ゾーン(242)と、
前記反応ゾーン(242)の上方に配置されている濃縮ゾーン(246)であって、石油化学製品流体(250)を濃縮するための濃縮ゾーン(246)と、
を備えている、反応ユニット。 - 前記ハウジング(204)が、単一のハウジングとされ、
前記再生ゾーン(240)、前記ストリッピングゾーン(241)、前記反応ゾーン(242)、及び前記濃縮ゾーン(246)が、前記単一のハウジング(204)の内部に配置されている、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。 - 前記再生ゾーン(240)、前記ストリッピングゾーン(241)、前記反応ゾーン(242)、及び前記濃縮ゾーン(246)が、同一の温度又は異なる温度を有している、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。
- 前記反応ユニットが、前記炭化水素又は炭化水素含有原料を前記反応ゾーンに供給するための供給パイプ(230)を備えている、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。
- 反応生成物が、前記供給パイプの内側において炭化水素原料を加熱する、請求項4に記載の反応ユニット。
- 前記供給パイプが、前記濃縮ゾーン及び前記反応ゾーンを通じて延在している、請求項4に記載の反応ユニット。
- 前記供給パイプが、前記再生ゾーン、前記ストリッピングゾーン、及び前記反応ゾーンを通じて延在している、請求項4に記載の反応ユニット。
- 前記供給パイプが、
(1)前記濃縮ゾーンを通じて延在した後に、前記反応ゾーンを通じて延在している第1のパイプと、
(2)前記ストリッピングゾーン及び/又は前記再生ゾーンを通じて延在し、前記反応ゾーンの内部に至る第2のパイプと、
を含んでいる、請求項4に記載の反応ユニット。 - 前記反応ユニットが、前記ハウジングの底部に配置されている底部ポート(204B)であって、流動化ガス及び/又は触媒再生ガスを、前記流動床ディストリビュータープレートを通じて前記反応ユニットの前記再生ゾーン及び前記ストリッピングゾーンに供給するように構成されている前記底部ポート(204B)を備えている、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。
- 流動化ガスが、N2、蒸気、空気、O2、CO2、CO、又はこれらの組み合わせのうち1つ又は複数のガスとされる、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。
- 前記炭化水素又は炭化水素含有原料が、原油、精製製品、及び他の酸素化物を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。
- 炭化水素供給材料又は前記炭化水素含有原料が、水と事前に混合されて前記ハウジングに供給される、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。
- 前記濃縮ゾーンの体積が、前記反応ゾーンの体積と異なる、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。
- 前記反応ゾーンの体積が、前記再生ゾーン及び前記ストリッピングゾーンの体積と異なる、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。
- 前記反応ユニットが、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられた触媒入口であって、分解プロセスの際に連続的に又は断続的に新鮮な触媒粒子を前記反応ゾーンに供給するための前記触媒入口と、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられた触媒出口であって、前記分解プロセスの際に連続的に又は断続的に金属と混ぜられた触媒粒子を除去するための前記触媒出口と、
を備えている、請求項1に記載の反応ユニット。 - 炭化水素原料又は炭化水素含有原料を石油化学製品流体に触媒転換するための方法において、
前記方法が、
前記炭化水素原料又は前記炭化水素含有原料(236)を、単一の反応ユニット(202)の内部に配置された反応ゾーン(242)に供給するステップ(900)と、
前記単一の反応ユニット(202)の内部に配置された再生ゾーン(240)及びストリッピングゾーン(241)を通じて、流動化ガス(220)を前記反応ゾーン(242)に供給するステップ(902)と、
触媒粒子(214)の存在下で、前記反応ゾーン(242)において前記炭化水素原料(236)を前記石油化学製品流体(250)に転換するステップ(904)と、
前記単一の反応ユニット(202)の内部に配置された濃縮ゾーン(246)において前記石油化学製品流体(250)を濃縮するステップ(906)と、
を備えており、
前記反応ゾーン(242)が、前記濃縮ゾーン(246)と前記再生ゾーン(240)及びストリッピングゾーン(241)との間に挿置されている、方法。 - 前記単一の反応ユニットが、400℃~1000℃の反応温度で動作しており、
再生温度が、500℃~1000℃であり、
原料滞留時間が、0.05秒~100秒であり、
圧力が、0.1バール~30バールである、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記炭化水素原料が、パイプに沿って前記反応ゾーンに供給される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記流動化ガスが、ハウジングの底部に配置された底部ポート(204B)において、前記再生ゾーンに供給される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記石油化学製品流体が、前記反応ゾーンから前記濃縮ゾーンに移動する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記濃縮ゾーンの前記石油化学製品流体でパイプの内側において前記炭化水素原料を加熱するステップを備えている、請求項19に記載の方法。
- パイプが、前記濃縮ゾーン及び前記反応ゾーンを通じて延在している、請求項17に記載の方法。
- パイプが、前記再生ゾーン/前記ストリッピングゾーン及び前記反応ゾーンを通じて延在している、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 供給パイプが、(1)前記濃縮ゾーン及び前記反応ゾーンを通じて延在している第1のパイプと、(2)前記再生ゾーン/前記ストリッピングゾーン及び前記反応ゾーンを通じて延在している第2のパイプとを含んでいる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮ゾーンの体積が、前記反応ゾーンの体積より大きい、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記反応ゾーンの体積が、前記再生ゾーン/ストリッピングゾーンの体積より大きい、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素原料が、原油を含んでいる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒粒子が、前記炭化水素原料と共に供給される、請求項16に記載の方法。
