Claims (20)
- 炭化水素を特徴とする炭化水素入口流を蒸気及び接触分解するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
流動及び不均一触媒を特徴とする触媒供給流であって、前記不均一触媒が、前記不均一触媒の表面上で前記炭化水素の分解を触媒するように動作可能な触媒供給流、
前記炭化水素の蒸気分解を達成するように動作可能な蒸気供給流であって、前記不均一触媒のコーキングを減少させる、蒸気供給流、並びに、
前記炭化水素入口流、前記触媒供給流、及び前記蒸気供給流を受け入れて混合するように動作可能なダウンフロー反応器であって、蒸気分解及び接触分解によって軽質オレフィンを生成するように動作可能であり、前記不均一触媒が重力により下向きに流れるように動作可能なダウンフロー反応器、
を特徴とする、システム。 - 前記ダウンフロー反応器が、500℃〜700℃の温度範囲で動作する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 構造化パッキングを有する触媒炭化水素ストリッパーを更に特徴とし、前記触媒炭化水素ストリッパーが、蒸気を適用することにより、前記不均一触媒に吸着した炭化水素を除去するように動作可能である、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記蒸気供給流が、リサイクル蒸気流を特徴とし、前記リサイクル蒸気流が、前記不均一触媒に吸着した炭化水素を除去するために、前記構造化パッキングを有する触媒炭化水素ストリッパーにて使用される蒸気を特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記不均一触媒上に配置されているコークスの燃焼によって、使用済み不均一触媒を再生するように動作可能な触媒再生器を更に特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記触媒供給流が、新しい、未使用の不均一触媒、及び前記触媒再生器から再生された触媒を特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記炭化水素入口流からの軽質オレフィンの収率が、少なくとも30%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記蒸気供給流が3重量%超の前記炭化水素入口流である場合に、前記システムが前記蒸気供給流を受け入れるように動作可能である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記蒸気供給流が5重量%〜15重量%の前記炭化水素入口流である場合に、前記システムが前記蒸気供給流を受け入れるように動作可能である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記蒸気供給流が10重量%の前記炭化水素入口流である場合に、前記システムが前記蒸気供給流を受け入れるように動作可能である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 炭化水素を蒸気及び接触分解するための方法であって、前記方法は、
触媒供給物を供給する工程であって、前記触媒供給物が流動及び不均一触媒を特徴とし、前記不均一触媒が前記不均一触媒の表面上で前記炭化水素の分解を触媒するように動作可能である工程、
蒸気を供給する工程であって、前記蒸気が前記炭化水素の蒸気分解を達成するように動作可能であり、前記蒸気が前記不均一触媒のコーキングを減少させるように動作可能である工程、並びに、
前記炭化水素、前記触媒供給物、及び前記蒸気を混合し、蒸気分解及び接触分解によって同時に軽質オレフィンを生成する工程であって、前記不均一触媒が重力により下向きに流れる工程、
を特徴とする、方法。 - 前記炭化水素を混合する前記工程が、500℃〜700℃の温度範囲でダウンフロー反応器を操作する工程を更に特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素、前記触媒供給物、及び前記蒸気を混合する前記工程の後に、蒸気を適用することによって、前記不均一触媒に吸着した炭化水素を除去し、軽質オレフィンを生成する工程を更に特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 蒸気を供給する前記工程にて使用するための前記不均一触媒に吸着した炭化水素を除去する前記工程において使用された前記蒸気をリサイクルする工程を更に特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記不均一触媒上に配置されているコークスの燃焼によって、前記不均一触媒を再生する工程を更に特徴とする、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒供給物が、新しい、未使用の不均一触媒及び再生された触媒を特徴とする、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素入口流からの軽質オレフィンの収率が、少なくとも30%である、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 蒸気を供給する前記工程が、3重量%超の前記炭化水素の蒸気供給物を供給することを特徴とする、請求項11〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 蒸気を供給する前記工程が、5重量%〜15重量%の前記炭化水素の蒸気供給物を供給することを特徴とする、請求項11〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
