Abstract
Description
(A)少なくとも1種のポリアミドと、
(B)少なくとも以下の成分:

(B2)少なくとも1種の第2のC2〜C20アルケン
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーであり、成分(B1)と(B2)とが互いに異なる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーと、
(C)少なくとも以下の成分:
(C1)少なくとも1種の第3のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(C2)少なくとも1種のアクリル酸誘導体
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第2のコポリマーと

本発明によれば、成分(B)は、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーである。成分(B)は、少なくとも以下の成分:
(B1)少なくとも1種の第1のC2〜C20アルケンと、
(B2)少なくとも1種の第2のC2〜C20アルケンと
を重合させて得ることができ、成分(B1)と(B2)とは互いに異なる。
本発明によれば、ポリマー組成物(PC)は、成分(C)として少なくとも1種の第2のコポリマーを含む。
(C1)少なくとも1種の第3のC2〜C20アルケンと、
(C2)少なくとも1種のアクリル酸誘導体と
を重合させて得ることができる。
本発明のラミネートは、当業者に公知の任意の方法により製造することができる。
a)以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリアミド、
(B)少なくとも以下の成分:
(B1)少なくとも1種の第1のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(B2)少なくとも1種の第2のC2〜C20アルケン
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーであり、成分(B1)と(B2)とが互いに異なる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマー、
(C)少なくとも以下の成分:
(C1)少なくとも1種の第3のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(C2)少なくとも1種のアクリル酸誘導体
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第2のコポリマー
を含むポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを提供する工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程b)からの加熱済み第1のシートを、工程a)で提供されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む方法において製造される。
a)以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリアミド、
(B)少なくとも以下の成分:
(B1)少なくとも1種の第1のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(B2)少なくとも1種の第2のC2〜C20アルケン
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーであり、成分(B1)と(B2)とが互いに異なる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマー、
(C)少なくとも以下の成分:
(C1)少なくとも1種の第3のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(C2)少なくとも1種のアクリル酸誘導体
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第2のコポリマー
を含む、ポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを提供する工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程b)からの加熱済み第1のシートを、工程a)で提供されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む、方法も提供する。
a)以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリアミド、
(B)少なくとも以下の成分:
(B1)少なくとも1種の第1のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(B2)少なくとも1種の第2のC2〜C20アルケン
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーであり、成分(B1)と(B2)とが互いに異なる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマー、
(C)少なくとも以下の成分:
(C1)少なくとも1種の第3のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(C2)少なくとも1種のアクリル酸誘導体
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第2のコポリマー
を含むポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを生成する工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
b1)少なくとも1種の第2の金属の第2のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程a)で生成されたフィルムを、工程b)で加熱された第1のシートと工程b1)で加熱された第2のシートとの間に位置させて、工程b)で加熱された第1のシートと工程b1)で加熱された第2のシートとを、工程a)で生成されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む。
a)以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリアミド、
(B)少なくとも以下の成分:
(B1)少なくとも1種の第1のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(B2)少なくとも1種の第2のC2〜C20アルケン
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーであり、成分(B1)と(B2)とが互いに異なる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマー、
(C)少なくとも以下の成分:
(C1)少なくとも1種の第3のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(C2)少なくとも1種のアクリル酸誘導体
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第2のコポリマー
を含む、ポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを生成する工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
b1)少なくとも1種の第2の金属の第2のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程a)で生成されたフィルムを、工程b)で加熱された第1のシートと工程b1)で加熱された第2のシートとの間に位置させて、工程b)で加熱された第1のシートと工程b1)で加熱された第2のシートとを、工程a)で生成されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む、方法を提供する。
d)得られたラミネートを形成温度(TU)にて形成して、形成済みラミネートを得る工程
を行うことである。

P1:ナイロン−6(Ultramid B24N、BASF SE製)
コポリマー:
Co1:Lucalen A2700M(Basell)、エチレン/アクリル酸n−ブチルコポリマー(MFR(ISO1133により190℃/2.16kg)7.2g/10分)
Co2:Lucalen A2540D(Basell)、エチレン/アクリル酸n−ブチルコポリマー(MFR(ISO1133により190℃/2.16kg)0.25g/10分)
Co3:Lucalen A2910M(Basell)、エチレン/アクリル酸t−ブチル/アクリル酸コポリマー(MFR(ISO1133により190℃/2.16kg)7g/10分)
Co4:Exxelor1801(Exxon Chemicals)、エチレン/プロピレン/MAコポリマー
Co5:Lupolen1800s(Basell)、エチレン/プロピレン/MAコポリマー、LDPE(低密度ポリエチレン)
添加剤:
A1:Irganox(酸化防止剤)
A2:タルク
第1および第2の金属:
鋼
表1に指定した量にある表1に指定したポリマーを、ZE 25A UXTI 2軸押出機で化合し、厚さ430μmおよび幅53cmのフィルムに押出した。表1に指定した量は、すべて質量%である。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1種の第1の金属の少なくとも1つの第1の層、およびポリマー組成物(PC)の少なくとも1つの更なる層を含むラミネートであって、前記ポリマー組成物(PC)が、以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリアミドと、
(B)少なくとも以下の成分:
(B1)少なくとも1種の第1のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(B2)少なくとも1種の第2のC2〜C20アルケン
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーであり、成分(B1)と(B2)とが互いに異なる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーと、
(C)少なくとも以下の成分:
(C1)少なくとも1種の第3のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(C2)少なくとも1種のアクリル酸誘導体
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第2のコポリマーと
を含む、ラミネート。 - 追加的に、少なくとも1種の第2の金属の少なくとも1つの第2の層を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第1の層が、前記少なくとも1つの第2の層に、少なくとも1つの更なる層を介して接合している、請求項1に記載のラミネート。
- 成分(A)が、PA6、PA6.6、PA6.10、PA6.12、PA12、PA6.36、PA6/6.6、PA6/6I6T、PA6/6I、PA6/6.36およびPA6/6Tからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載のラミネート。
- 成分(B1)が、エテン、プロペン、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、オクテンおよびブタジエンからなる群から選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 成分(B2)が、エテン、プロペン、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、オクテンおよびブタジエンからなる群から選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 成分(C1)が、エテン、プロペン、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、オクテンおよびブタジエンからなる群から選択される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 成分(C2)が、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸ブチルおよびアクリル酸からなる群から選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 成分(B)が、追加の成分(B4)、無水マレイン酸を重合させて得ることができる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記ポリマー組成物(PC)が、成分(A)、(B)および(C)の質量百分率の合計に対して40質量%〜99質量%の範囲内の成分(A)を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1種の第1の金属が、鉄、アルミニウム、銅、ニッケルおよびマグネシウム、更にはそれらの合金からなる群から選択される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の層が、0.1mm〜0.6mmの範囲内の厚さを有し、かつ/または少なくとも1つの更なる層が、0.02〜2mmの範囲内の厚さを有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のラミネートを製造する方法であって、
a)以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリアミド、
(B)少なくとも以下の成分:
(B1)少なくとも1種の第1のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(B2)少なくとも1種の第2のC2〜C20アルケン
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマーであり、成分(B1)と(B2)とが互いに異なる、少なくとも1種の第1のコポリマー、
(C)少なくとも以下の成分:
(C1)少なくとも1種の第3のC2〜C20アルケン、および
(C2)少なくとも1種のアクリル酸誘導体
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の第2のコポリマー
を含む、ポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを提供する工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程b)からの加熱済み第1のシートを、工程a)で提供されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む、方法。 - 工程b)が、第1のシートを150℃〜350℃の範囲内の温度に加熱することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程b)での第1のシートの加熱が、誘導手段によって行われる、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 工程a)が、押出法によってフィルムを生成することを含む、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
