Abstract
Description
貯槽などに蓄えられる収容物が、腐食性のものであったり、金属材料からの溶出物の混入を嫌うものであったりするような場合には、母材となる金属の表面にグラスライニング層を備えたグラスライニング製品が貯槽や配管類を構成する部材として用いられている(下記特許文献1参照)。
母材と、母材表面に積層されたグラスライニング層と、該グラスライニング層の表面に施されたプライマーコーティングと、該プライマーコーティングを介して前記グラスライニング層に積層されたフッ素樹脂層とを備え、
前記グラスライニング層は、50℃の温度条件下で表面に純水を120時間接触させ、且つ、前記純水が接触する面積(S:cm2)に対する前記純水の量(V:mL)の割合が5倍となる条件(V/S=5)で前記表面に前記純水を接触させた際に、単位面積当たりのアルカリ金属イオンの溶出量が12(mg/m2)以下となる低アルカリグラスライニング層である、グラスライニング製品、を提供する。
Claims (5)
- 母材と、母材表面に積層されたグラスライニング層と、該グラスライニング層の表面に施されたプライマーコーティングと、該プライマーコーティングを介して前記グラスライニング層に積層されたフッ素樹脂層とを備え、
前記グラスライニング層は、50℃の温度条件下で表面に純水を120時間接触させ、且つ、前記純水が接触する面積(S:cm2)に対する前記純水の量(V:mL)の割合が5倍となる条件(V/S=5)で前記表面に前記純水を接触させた際に、単位面積当たりのアルカリ金属イオンの溶出量が12(mg/m2)以下となる低アルカリグラスライニング層である、グラスライニング製品。 - 前記フッ素樹脂層には、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)か、テトラフルオロエチレン・ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)かの何れかが含まれている請求項1記載のグラスライニング製品。
- 前記フッ素樹脂層が積層構造を有し、
前記フッ素樹脂層には、前記プライマーコーティングに接する第1層と、該第1層に前記プライマーコーティングとは逆側から接する第2層とが含まれている請求項1又は2記載のグラスライニング製品。 - 前記第1層には第1のフッ素樹脂が含まれ、
前記第2層には第2のフッ素樹脂が含まれており、
前記第1のフッ素樹脂と、前記第2のフッ素樹脂との融点の差が120℃以内である請求項3記載のグラスライニング製品。 - 前記グラスライニング層の前記表面から前記フッ素樹脂層の表面までの平均厚さが0.3mm以上3mm以下である請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のグラスライニング製品。
