Claims (5)
- 一方向へ沿って複数設けられた、塗布液を吐出する開口部と、
互いに隣接する2つの前記開口部の間に設けられた、前記一方向に沿って区分される一方側の空間と他方側の空間を連通する溝部と
を備えるダイヘッド。 - 前記溝部が設けられると共に前記開口部の少なくとも一部の内壁面を形成する開口ユニットと、
前記開口ユニットを挟み込んで固定する固定ユニットと
を備え、
前記開口ユニットは前記固定ユニットよりも硬質の素材が用いられている請求項1に記載のダイヘッド。 - 前記開口ユニットは、前記一方向へ沿って前記一方側に配置された第1モジュールと前記他方側に配置された第2モジュールを有し、
複数の前記開口部は、櫛歯状のシムと、前記シムを挟み込む前記第1モジュールおよび前記第2モジュールとによって形成されている請求項2に記載のダイヘッド。 - 前記第1モジュールおよび前記第2モジュールのそれぞれは、互いに隣接する2つの前記開口部の間で分割された複数のブロックによって構成されている請求項3に記載のダイヘッド。
- 前記一方向に沿って設けられた複数の前記溝部は、前記一方向の端側に設けられた溝部の断面積と前記一方向の中央側に設けられた溝部の断面積が異なる請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のダイヘッド。
