Claims (12)
- ソケット構造であって、ケーシングと本体とフレームと蓋部材とを備え、
前記ケーシングは、複数の側壁と、底部と、開口部と、収容空間とを備え、前記複数の側壁が前記開口部を画定し、前記複数の側壁と前記底部が前記収容空間を画定し、前記開口部が前記収容空間に連通され、
前記本体は、収容空間に設けられ、前記本体は、回路基板と接続ポートとを備え、前記接続ポートが前記回路基板に設けられ、
前記フレームは、少なくとも1つのシート部材と、第1延伸部とを備え、前記少なくとも1つのシート部材は、前記開口部の外縁を取り囲んでおり、前記第1延伸部は、前記少なくとも1つのシート部材から延伸し、且つ、前記複数の側壁のうちの1つに接続され、
前記蓋部材は、前記開口部を覆い、且つ貫通孔を備え、前記貫通孔は、プラグを通過させて前記接続ポートに接続するように設けられる、ことを特徴とするソケット構造。 - 前記フレームは第2延伸部を備え、前記第2延伸部は、前記第1延伸部に接続され、且つ前記ケーシングの前記底部に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソケット構造。
- 前記第1延伸部及び前記第2延伸部は、埋め込み射出成形技術によって、前記複数の側壁のうちの1つ及び前記底部のそれぞれに埋め込まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のソケット構造。
- 前記フレームは複数の位置決め穴を更に備え、前記位置決め穴は、前記第1延伸部及び前記第2延伸部のうちの少なくとも1つに設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のソケット構造。
- 前記フレームは複数の第3延伸部を更に備え、前記複数の第3延伸部は、前記少なくとも1つのシート部材から延伸し、且つ前記複数の側壁に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソケット構造。
- 前記第3延伸部は、埋め込み射出成形技術によって、前記複数の側壁に埋め込まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のソケット構造。
- 前記フレームは、第1シート部材と第2シート部材とを備え、前記第1シート部材がU字形状であり、且つ、前記第1シート部材と前記第2シート部材とが前記開口部の外縁を取り囲んでおり、前記第1延伸部は、前記第1シート部材の1つの辺から延伸する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソケット構造。
- 絶縁カバーを更に備え、前記第1延伸部が前記複数の側壁のうちの1つの表面に貼り付けられ、且つ、前記絶縁カバーは、前記複数の側壁と前記底部と前記第1延伸部とを覆う、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソケット構造。
- 前記プラグがUSBプラグであり、前記接続ポートがUSB接続ポートである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソケット構造。
- 前記フレームは金属材料で構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソケット構造。
- シーリング層を更に備え、前記シーリング層は、前記ケーシングの前記底部と前記回路基板の底部との間に充填される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソケット構造。
- 前記本体は熱伝導部材を更に備え、前記熱伝導部材は、前記回路基板に接続され、且つ前記回路基板から前記ケーシングの前記底部に向かって延伸する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソケット構造。
