Claims (7)
- インナ軸部材とアウタ筒部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって連結された筒型防振装置であって、
前記インナ軸部材には、左右方向の両側において外周面に開口して上下方向に延びる一対の溝状凹部が設けられており、
前記本体ゴム弾性体は、上下方向の両側において該インナ軸部材と前記アウタ筒部材の上下方向の対向面を相互に連結する上下一対の第一の弾性連結部と、該インナ軸部材の該一対の溝状凹部を通じて該アウタ筒部材の上下方向の対向面を相互に連結する左右一対の第二の弾性連結部とを、一体的に備えている筒型防振装置。 - 前記本体ゴム弾性体の前記第一の弾性連結部を軸方向に貫通する第一のすぐり孔が形成されており、前記インナ軸部材と前記アウタ筒部材の上下方向の対向面において該第一のすぐり孔へ突出する第一のストッパ突部が設けられている請求項1に記載の筒型防振装置。
- 前記本体ゴム弾性体の前記第二の弾性連結部に対する左右方向の外側には、軸方向に貫通する第二のすぐり孔が形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の筒型防振装置。
- 前記インナ軸部材の軸方向の両側には、左右方向で前記第二のすぐり孔へ突出する第二のストッパ突部がそれぞれ設けられており、
軸方向両側の該第二のストッパ突部の軸方向間に前記溝状凹部が設けられている請求項3に記載の筒型防振装置。 - 前記第二の弾性連結部は上下方向の両外側へ向けて軸方向の長さ寸法が大きくされていると共に、
該第二の弾性連結部の軸方向の最小長さ寸法が前記溝状凹部の溝幅寸法以下とされている請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の筒型防振装置。 - 前記溝状凹部の軸方向の溝幅寸法が、該溝状凹部の上下方向の両端部分において上下方向の両外側へ向けて大きくなっていると共に、
該溝状凹部内に前記第二の弾性連結部を含む前記本体ゴム弾性体が充填されている請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の筒型防振装置。 - 前記第二の弾性連結部が前記溝状凹部の側壁内面に対して該溝状凹部の溝幅方向の内側に離れて配されている請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の筒型防振装置。
