Claims (4)
- 定着装置を備える画像形成装置であって、
前記定着装置は、
シートに転写されたトナー像を加熱定着させる定着ベルトと、
前記定着ベルトを加熱するヒーターと、
前記定着ベルトに当接して回動させる加圧ローラーと
を有し、
前記画像形成装置は、
複数の時刻を計時する計時部と、
前記複数の時刻の前記ヒーターの温度または前記定着ベルトの温度を測定する温度測定部と、
前記複数の時刻の前記ヒーターの温度または前記定着ベルトの温度に基づいて、ヒーター温度情報または定着ベルト温度情報を出力する温度情報出力部と、
前記ヒーター温度情報または前記定着ベルト温度情報に基づいて、前記ヒーターまたは前記定着ベルトの温度特性情報を出力する温度特性算出部と、
前記温度特性情報に基づいて、前記加圧ローラーの線速を制御する線速情報を出力する駆動制御部と、
前記線速情報に基づいて、前記加圧ローラーを駆動させる加圧ローラー駆動部と
を備える、画像形成装置。 - 前記計時部は、前記定着装置が停止してから所定時間を計時し、
前記駆動制御部は、前記所定時間内に再駆動の指示を受けた場合のみ、前記線速情報に基づいて前記加圧ローラーを駆動させるよう、前記加圧ローラー駆動部を制御する、請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記計時部は、前記定着装置が停止してから所定時間を計時し、
前記駆動制御部は、前記定着装置が停止してから前記所定時間内に再駆動の指示を受けなかった場合、加圧ローラー温度情報を無効にする、請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記計時部は、前記定着装置がウォームアップを開始してから所定時間を計時する、請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。
