Claims (4)
- 長尺状の正極集電体に正極活物質層を備える正極シートと、長尺状の負極集電体に負極活物質層を備える負極シートと、長尺状のセパレータシートと、を積層して電極体を形成する形成工程と、
前記電極体を電池ケースに収容し、前記電池ケースに電解液を注液して電池組立体を構築する構築工程と、
前記電池組立体を充電する充電工程と、を含み、
少なくとも前記構築工程以前において、前記正極活物質層および前記負極活物質層の少なくともいずれか一方は積層方向にうねり形状を有し、
前記うねりの溝深さは10μm以上である、二次電池の製造方法。 - 充電された前記電池組立体を前記積層方向に所定の圧力で拘束し、前記うねりの溝深さを浅くする拘束工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記拘束工程において、前記所定の圧力は、前記うねり形状を有する前記正極活物質層および/または前記負極活物質層の表面を平坦にする圧力である、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記うねりの溝深さは40μm以上である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
