Claims (8)
- 正極、負極及び前記正極と負極との間に介在した第1セパレータを含むフルセルまたはバイセルの単位セルを、第2セパレータで囲んで複数のセルを重畳させた電極組立体であって、
前記第2セパレータの平均気孔径d2が前記単位セルの第1セパレータの平均気孔径d1より2〜20nm大きい電極組立体。 - 前記単位セルの第1セパレータの平均気孔径d1は20〜50nmであり、前記第2セパレータの平均気孔径d2は22nm以上である、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 正極、負極及び前記正極と負極との間に介在した第1セパレータを含むフルセルまたはバイセルの単位セルを、第2セパレータで囲んで複数のセルを重畳させた電極組立体であって、
前記第2セパレータの孔隙率p2が前記単位セルの第1セパレータの孔隙率p1より大きく、
前記第2セパレータの平均気孔径d 2 が前記単位セルの第1セパレータの平均気孔径d 1 より大きい電極組立体。 - 前記単位セルの第1セパレータの孔隙率p1は20〜50%であり、前記第2セパレータの孔隙率p2は30〜60%である、請求項3に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1セパレータと前記第2セパレータとは、相互独立して、
a)気孔を有する多孔性基材を含むか、または、
b)気孔を有する多孔性基材、及び前記多孔性基材の少なくとも一面に、無機物粒子とバインダー高分子との混合物で形成された有機−無機多孔性コーティング層を含む形態である、請求項1または請求項3に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記多孔性基材は、ポリオレフィン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリアセタール、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンオキサイド、ポリフェニレンスルファイド及びポリエチレンナフタレートからなる群より選択された少なくとも1つで形成されたものである、請求項5に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のうちいずれか1項に記載の電極組立体がケースに収納された電気化学素子。
- 前記電気化学素子はリチウム二次電池である、請求項7に記載の電気化学素子。
