Claims (3)
- 燃料電池用のセパレータであって、
チタンを含む金属によって構成されており、膜電極接合体側に配置される第1表面を有する基材と、
前記第1表面を覆う酸化インジウムスズ膜と、
を有し、
前記酸化インジウムスズ膜のX線回折ピークの半値幅W(°)と、前記基材と前記酸化インジウムスズ膜との界面における酸化チタンの濃度C(atm%)とが、
W<0.55-0.07・C
の関係を満たす、セパレータ。 - 請求項1に記載の前記セパレータを複数有する燃料電池スタックであって、
前記各セパレータが、前記第1表面の反対側の前記基材の表面である第2表面を覆う炭素膜を有し、
前記各セパレータが、隣り合う前記セパレータ同士の間において、前記酸化インジウムスズ膜同士が対向し、前記炭素膜同士が対向するように、積層されており、
対向する前記酸化インジウムスズ膜の間に前記膜電極接合体が配置されており、
対向する前記炭素膜の間に冷媒流路が設けられており、
前記冷媒流路内の冷媒の溶存酸素濃度が、28mg/l以下であり、
前記冷媒の粘度が、3mPa・s以上である、
燃料電池スタック。 - 積層された複数のセパレータを有する燃料電池スタックであって、
前記各セパレータが、
金属によって構成されている基材と、
前記基材の一方の表面を覆う炭素膜、
を有し、
前記各セパレータが、隣り合う前記セパレータ同士の間において、炭素膜同士が対向するように、積層されており、
対向する前記炭素膜の間に冷媒流路が設けられており、
前記冷媒流路内の冷媒の溶存酸素濃度が、28mg/l以下であり、
前記冷媒の粘度が、3mPa・s以上である、
燃料電池スタック。
