Claims (8)
- プロピレンモノマーと、フタル酸エステル系化合物、グリコールエステル系化合物、ジエーテル系化合物及び/又はコハク酸エステル系化合物を含むチーグラー・ナッタ(Ziegler-Natta)触媒と、有機アルミニウム化合物と、アミノシラン化合物を含む電子供与体と、を含む反応混合物を提供する工程と、
500g/10min以上のメルトフローインデックスを有するポリプロピレンを形成するように、異相反応系において前記反応混合物に重合プロセスを行う工程と、
を備え、
前記重合プロセスは、
予備重合反応を行う工程と、
重合反応を行う工程と、
を含むポリプロピレンの調製方法。 - 前記アミノシラン化合物は、アルコキシ基を有しない請求項1に記載のポリプロピレンの調製方法。
- 前記重合プロセスは、水素ガス含有雰囲気で行われる請求項1に記載のポリプロピレンの調製方法。
- 前記重合反応は、50℃~80℃で行われる請求項1に記載のポリプロピレンの調製方法。
- 前記予備重合反応を行った後、前記重合プロセスは、共重合モノマーを添加する工程を更に含み、
前記プロピレンモノマーの使用量を100重量%とする場合、前記共重合モノマーの使用量は、5重量%以下である請求項1に記載のポリプロピレンの調製方法。 - 前記共重合モノマーは、炭素数2~8のα-オレフィン系化合物を含む請求項5に記載のポリプロピレンの調製方法。
- メルトフローインデックスが500g/10min以上であり、且つ150℃より高い融点及び3以上である分子量分布を有するポリプロピレン。
- それぞれの糸径が4μm以下である複数のポリプロピレン繊維を有するメルトブローン繊維布。
