Abstract
Description
[2]膨張性耐火材料層は、マトリックス樹脂、熱膨張性層状無機物、及び無機充填剤を含有する[1]に記載の耐火性シート。
[3]前記マトリックス樹脂が、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、ポリ塩素化塩化ビニル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、及びブチルゴムからなる群から選択される一種以上である[2]に記載の耐火性シート。
[4]熱膨張性耐火材料層の樹脂成分の割合が30%以下である[1]~[3]のいずれかに記載の耐火性シート。
[5]前記基材層は合成樹脂繊維から形成されている[1]~[4]のいずれかに記載の耐火性シート。
[6]熱膨張性耐火材料層と基材層の間、又は2つの基材層の間に配置されたラミネート層が積層されている[1]~[5]のいずれかに記載の耐火性シート。
[7]前記熱膨張性耐火材料層の両面側に、前記基材層が積層されている[1]~[6]のいずれかに記載の耐火性シート。
[8]耐火性シートに対する基材層の占める厚みの割合が2.5~40%である[1]~[7]のいずれかに記載の耐火性シート。
[9]150℃の加熱条件下で24時間加熱したときの耐火性シートの収縮率が1%以下である[1]~[8]のいずれかに記載の耐火性シート。
基材層3が厚すぎると基材層3の燃焼による炎が他の部分の引火を引きおこす可能性があるため、耐火性シート1に対する基材層3の占める厚みの割合が2.5~40%であることが好ましい。
熱膨張性耐火材料層の樹脂成分の割合は特に限定されないが、30%以下であることが樹脂成分が本範囲であることで、燃焼成分の量が少ない為、耐火性の観点で好ましい。また、収縮は樹脂成分の残留歪みに起因する為、低収縮の観点からも好ましい。
1.耐火性シートの製造
エポキシ樹脂をマトリックス樹脂として含む厚さ1mmの熱膨張性耐火層(積水化学工業社製フィブロックの上に、厚さ20μmのポリエチレン製のフィルムからなるラミネート層を積層し、ラミネート層の上に厚さ100μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート製の不織布からなる基材層を積層、接着し、図1の構成の実施例1の耐火性シートとした。
2.加熱試験
実施例1、実施例2及び比較例1の耐火シートを、長さ100mm×幅100mmの寸法に切断して2枚の試験片を作製し、それぞれの一つの辺が接するように横に並べて150℃の電気炉へ入れ、24時間放置して、2つの試験片間の隙間の寸法を測定した。隙間が1mm以下である場合を○(良)とし、1mmを超える場合を×(不良)とした。
3.収縮率の測定
実施例1、実施例2及び比較例1の耐火シートを長さ100mm、幅100mmの寸法に切断した試験片を作製し、150℃の加熱条件下で24時間加熱した後の収縮率を{(加熱前の試験片の長手方向に平行な方向の長さ)-(加熱後の試験片の長手方向に平行な方向の長さ)}/(加熱前の試験片の長手方向に平行な方向の長さ)として算出した。
4.試験結果
表1に示すように、実施例1の耐火シートは比較例1の耐火シートと比較して隙間が小さく、実施例2の耐火シートでは実施例1よりも加熱による収縮がさらに小さく、隙間は見られなかった。基材層がない比較例1では隙間が大きく開いた。
1.耐火性シートの製造
表2に記載の組成を有する熱膨張性耐火材料層の両側に、ラミネート層を積層し、各々のラミネート層の上に基材層を積層し、図2の構成の実施例3~8及び12の耐火性シートとした。
また、表2に記載の組成を有する熱膨張性耐火材料層の両側に、ラミネート層を積層せずに、基材層を積層して、実施例9~11の耐火性シートとした。

上述した試験例1と同様の方法により、加熱試験及び収縮率の測定を行った。結果を表3に示す。
また、本発明は以下の構成を採用することもできる。
[1]熱膨張性耐火材料層と、該熱膨張性耐火材料層の少なくとも片面側に積層された基材層とを備えた耐火性シートであって、150℃の加熱条件下で24時間加熱したときの基材層の収縮率が、150℃の加熱条件下で24時間加熱したときの熱膨張性耐火材料層の収縮率よりも小さいことを特徴とする耐火性シート。
[2]膨張性耐火材料層は、マトリックス樹脂、熱膨張性層状無機物、及び無機充填剤を含有する[1]に記載の耐火性シート。

Claims (9)
- 熱膨張性耐火材料層と、熱膨張性耐火材料層の少なくとも片面側に積層された有機基材層とを備えた耐火性シートであって、
150℃の加熱条件下で24時間加熱したときの基材層の収縮率が、150℃の加熱条件下で24時間加熱したときの熱膨張性耐火材料層の収縮率よりも小さいことを特徴とする耐火性シート。 - 膨張性耐火材料層は、マトリックス樹脂、熱膨張性層状無機物、及び無機充填剤を含有する請求項1に記載の耐火性シート。
- 前記マトリックス樹脂が、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、ポリ塩素化塩化ビニル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、及びブチルゴムからなる群から選択される一種以上である請求項2に記載の耐火性シート。
- 熱膨張性耐火材料層の樹脂成分の割合が30%以下である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の耐火性シート。
- 前記基材層は合成樹脂繊維から形成されている請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の耐火性シート。
- 熱膨張性耐火材料層と基材層の間、又は2つの基材層の間にラミネート層が積層されている請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の耐火性シート。
