Claims (15)
- レールに沿って移動し、誘導給電により電力の供給を受ける自動搬送システムであって、
前記レールに沿って設置される給電ケーブルと、
一つ以上の前記給電ケーブルが互いに連結されて閉ループとして構成される給電線路と、
前記給電線路に交流電流を流すインバータと、
前記インバータの出力を前記給電線路に連結させる引込ケーブルと、
前記給電ケーブルまたは前記引込ケーブルの内部または外部に設置され、ケーブルの発熱を感知する感熱線と、
前記インバータ内に設置され、前記感熱線のオープン/ショートを感知する感知装置と、
一つ以上の前記給電ケーブルを互いに連結させるか前記給電ケーブルと前記引込ケーブルを連結させる端子台とを含み、
前記端子台は、2個のケーブルを電気的に接続するための端子と、
前記端子の過熱を感知のための過熱感知手段とを含み、
前記過熱感知手段の出力を用いて前記感熱線をショートさせることで、前記端子台の過熱状態を前記インバータが認知するようにすることを特徴とする、自動搬送システム。 - 前記過熱感知手段は、
予め設定された温度以上で短絡される温度接点であり、
前記温度接点の出力を前記感熱線に直接連結して前記端子台の過熱状態時に前記感熱線をショートさせることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動搬送システム。 - 前記過熱感知手段は、
温度センサと制御器とリレーを含み、前記制御器が端子台の温度センシングを行い、過熱時にリレーを駆動して前記感熱線を短絡させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動搬送システム。 - 前記過熱感知手段は、
前記制御器の駆動のために前記給電ケーブルで発生する磁束を受けて電力を生産する磁気誘導による非接触電源供給部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の自動搬送システム。 - 前記制御器は、
前記温度センサにより測定される端子台の温度を警告レベルと遮断レベルとに分け、前記感熱線をオープンしショートするパターンを異ならせることで、前記インバータに警告と遮断信号を与えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の自動搬送システム。 - 前記インバータは、
前記端子台が復数個である場合、前記感熱線のショート時に形成される感熱線閉ループの抵抗測定により前記過熱状態の端子台の位置を認識し、認識結果をディスプレイするかまたは上位制御器に知らせることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動搬送システム。 - 前記端子台は、

前記給電線路が長くなる場合に、前記給電ケーブルの両端に高電圧がかかることを防止するために、2個の給電ケーブルが互いに連結される端子と端子との間に補償用共振キャパシタを挿入できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動搬送システム。 - 前記端子台は、
搬送台車の車輪の転がりに支障がないように、前記レールの下部を切り出して空間を作り、その空間に備えられ、この際、プラスチックハウジングを挿入して構成され、給電ケーブル連結端子と感熱線連結端子と給電ケーブル端子に設置される前記過熱感知手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動搬送システム。 - 前記端子台は、
給電ケーブルの長さ誤差を収容するようにバスバーに多数の固定ホールを備え、連結しようとする給電ケーブルの長さに合うホールに固定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動搬送システム。 - 前記レールと給電ケーブルを設置する方法は、
ケーブルサポートおよび端子台が設置された多数のケーブルヨークを含むレールを設置し、その後に給電ケーブルを設置し、この際、給電ケーブルを現場で裁断する代わりに、各端子台と端子台との間の長さに合わせて給電ケーブルを予め裁断し、両方をラグ処理してから、レール設置の後に予め用意した給電ケーブルを設置することで、レールと給電ケーブルの設置時間を短縮することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動搬送システム。 - 前記レールと給電ケーブルを設置する方法は、
前記レールを構成する一つ以上の単位レールと前記給電ケーブルと前記給電ケーブルを支持するケーブルサポートと前記給電ケーブルを前記単位レールの端部に引き出すための曲線部ケーブルガイドと前記単位レール連結部に設置されるレール端子台が一体型に予め組み立てられ、レール/給電ケーブルアセンブリーを構成し、前記レール/給電ケーブルアセンブリーを順に設置することで、前記レールと前記給電ケーブルの設置が容易であるように実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動搬送システム。
