Claims (9)
- 磁界を発生するコイルと、
前記コイルを収容する筐体と、
入力部、出力部、及び、前記入力部と前記出力部とを接続する導電パターンを有し、前記筐体に設けられており、前記筐体に対して電気的に絶縁された導電部と、
前記入力部及び前記出力部と電気的に接続されており、前記入力部及び前記出力部を介して前記導電パターンを通電し、前記導電パターンの通電状態に基づいて前記筐体の変形を検知する検知部と、を備える、コイル装置。 - 前記導電パターンは、前記筐体のパターン配置面において互いに並んで配置された第1部分及び第2部分を含み、
通電時において前記第1部分及び前記第2部分をそれぞれ流れる電流は、互いに逆向きである、請求項1に記載のコイル装置。 - 前記第2部分は、前記パターン配置面の法線方向と交差する方向に沿って前記第1部分と並んで配置されると共に、前記第1部分の延在方向に沿って延在している、請求項2に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記第2部分は、前記パターン配置面の法線方向に沿って前記第1部分と並んで配置されると共に、前記法線方向から見て前記第1部分と重なるように延在している、請求項2に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記第2部分は、前記パターン配置面の法線方向から見て前記第1部分と交差する交差部分を含み、前記交差部分においては前記法線方向に沿って前記第1部分と並んで配置されている、請求項2に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記導電パターンは、前記パターン配置面の面内方向の一方向に延在する部分と、前記面内方向のうち前記一方向と交差する他方向に延在する部分とを含む、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記パターン配置面は、前記筐体における前記コイル側を向く内面である、請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記コイルを収容するための収容空間を規定するカバー及びベースを有し、
前記カバーは、前記ベースに取り外し可能に取り付けられ、
前記入力部及び前記出力部は、前記カバーに設けられており、
前記検知部は、前記ベースに設けられた一対の接続部を有し、
前記カバーが前記ベースに取り付けられることによって、前記一対の接続部は前記入力部及び前記出力部とそれぞれ電気的に接続される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置と、
前記コイルへ電力供給する電源部と、を備え、
前記電源部は、前記検知部が前記筐体の変形を検知した場合に、前記コイルへの電力供給を停止する、給電装置。
