ヘアリネス指数iHは、テキスタイルの表面を説明するのに利用される。この際に、テキスタイル本体から飛び出た繊維末端の数ならびに長さを測定し、かつそれに基づいて、前記テキスタイルの平滑性もしくはそのヘアリネス、すなわち、むしろ多少の飛び出た繊維末端を有するか否かを評価する値を与える。

引き続き、線形回帰を実施し、その際に、直線方程式y=ax+bのパラメーターaおよびbは、データxi=ln niおよびyi=Liにより算出することができる。

- ポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバー:
二成分PET/ポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバー(CoPETステープルファイバー)20質量%
180℃の融点を有する低融点CoPET
ステープル長さ:51mm
繊度:4.4dTex。
以下の表には、例1において製造された不織布(不織布1)の多様な関連する性質が示されており、かつPVCコーテッドファブリックのものと比較される。
** 次の排出物が見出された:過フッ素化アルコール、ブタノンオキシム、ホスホン酸エステル、ホスホネート、アルコール、ノナン酸、DOA、カンフェン、カレンまたはピネン、エチルステアレート、脂肪アルコール、脂肪酸、DOP、アルケン混合物、ジイソノニルフタレート、TMDD、炭化水素(KW)混合物等。
不織布2の製造に使用される材料
- ポリエチレンテレフタレート骨格ステープルファイバー:
単一成分PETステープルファイバー80質量%
ステープル長さ:38mm
繊度:1.7dTex
- ポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバー:
二成分PET/ポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバー(CoPETステープルファイバー)20質量%
180℃の融点を有する低融点CoPET
ステープル長さ:51mm
繊度:4.4dTex。
比較不織布3および4の製造に使用される材料
- ポリエチレンテレフタレート骨格ステープルファイバー:
単一成分PETステープルファイバー80質量%
ステープル長さ:38mm
繊度:1.7dTex
単一成分ステープルファイバー:
20質量%(比較不織布3について)
10質量%(比較不織布4について)
170℃の融点を有する低融点CoPET
ステープル長さ:60mm
繊度:5.5dTex。
Claims (17)
- ポリエチレンテレフタレート骨格ステープルファイバーと、ポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバーとを含む、車両内部用、殊にトランクカバー用のエンボス加工不織布であって、ポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバーの割合は、前記不織布の全質量を基準として5~50質量%であり、かつ前記ポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバーは、芯/鞘ステープルファイバーとして形成されている不織布であり、前記芯/鞘ステープルファイバーの鞘が、DIN ISO 11357-3 (2013)に従って測定される80℃~230℃の範囲内の融点を有する低融点の共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレートを有することを特徴とする、前記不織布。
- 前記不織布が、DIN ISO 10534-1 (2001)に従って30mmの壁距離および800Hz~4000Hz、好ましくは800~2000Hzの周波数で、殊に2500Hzで測定される、45%超、例えば45%~100%、より好ましくは60%超、例えば60%~100%、より好ましくは70%超、例えば70%~100%、および殊に80%超、例えば80%~100%の吸音率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- DIN 9073-2 (1997)、試験装置1に従って測定される、0.3~1.2mm、好ましくは0.4~1mm、より好ましくは0.4~0.8mm、より好ましくは0.4~0.7mm、より好ましくは0.45~0.7mmおよび殊に0.45~0.6mmの厚さを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- 前記芯/鞘ステープルファイバーにおける芯と鞘との量比は、90:10~10:90の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- 前記ポリエチレンテレフタレート骨格ステープルファイバーおよび前記ポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバーが互いに独立して、1~10dtex、好ましくは2~8dtexおよび殊に2~7dtxの範囲内の繊度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- 前記ポリエチレンテレフタレート骨格ステープルファイバーおよび前記ポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバーが互いに独立して、1~100mm、好ましくは10~70mm、より好ましくは20~60mmおよび殊に30~50mmの範囲内のステープル長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- 前記不織布が、ニードルパンチ不織布および/またはウォータージェットにより固定された不織布であり、ここで、前記ニードルパンチ不織布におけるニードル密度が、好ましくは25ニードル/cm2~700ニードル/cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- EN 29073-03 (1992)(引張速度:200mm/min、初荷重:0.5N、試料の幅50mm)に従って測定される、50N超、例えば50N~700N、より好ましくは200N超、例えば200N~500Nおよび殊に300N超、例えば300N~450Nのたて方向の引張強さおよび/またはEN 29073-03 (1992)(引張速度:200mm/min、初荷重:0.5N、試料の幅50mm)に従い測定される、50N超、例えば50N~600N、より好ましくは200N超、例えば200N~500Nおよび殊に250N超、例えば250N~400Nのよこ方向の引張強さを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- EN 29073-03 (1992)(引張速度:200mm/min、試料の幅:50mm)に従ってたて方向および/またはよこ方向で互いに独立して測定される、5N超、例えば5N~100N、より好ましくは10N超、例えば10N~75Nおよび殊に20N超、例えば20N~60Nの引裂伝播力を特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- ISO 9073-1 (1989)による50g/m2~1000g/m2の単位面積質量を特徴とする、エンボス加工不織布。
- EN 29073-03 (1992)(引張速度:200mm/min、初荷重:0.5N、試料の幅50mm)に従って測定される、5~50%、より好ましくは10~40%および殊に10~30%の互いに独立してたて方向および/またはよこ方向の伸び率を特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- 前記不織布が、10~40質量%のポリエチレンテレフタレートバインダーステープルファイバーの割合を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- 前記不織布がコーティングを有し、ここで、前記コーティングが、バインダー、好ましくはアクリレート、有色顔料、増粘剤および/または防炎加工剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- 前記不織布が、片面または両面に、エンボス模様を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- 前記不織布が少なくとも片面で、1.50未満、例えば0.05~1.50、より好ましくは0.05~1.40および殊に0.10~1.30のヘアリネス指数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布。
- 車両内部用のトランクカバーとしての請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載のエンボス加工不織布の使用。
- 請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の不織布を有する、車両用トランクカバー。
