- 揺動歯車と、
前記揺動歯車を揺動させる偏心体と、を備える偏心揺動型の歯車装置であって、
本歯車装置の他の構成部品と接触する接触面を有する接触部品を備え、
前記接触部品は、
母材と、
前記母材の表面に肉盛され、前記母材よりも高硬度であり、前記接触面を構成する肉盛部と、を備える歯車装置。 - 前記接触部品は、前記偏心体であり、
前記偏心体の外周面は、前記肉盛部によって構成される高硬度領域と、前記高硬度領域よりも低硬度の低硬度領域とを備え、
前記低硬度領域は、前記偏心体の軸心周りの範囲のうち、前記軸心より反最大偏心方向に延びる基準線から±90度の範囲内に設けられる請求項1に記載の歯車装置。 - 前記接触部品は、前記揺動歯車を構成する外歯歯車であり、
前記肉盛部は、前記外歯歯車の歯面に設けられる請求項1に記載の歯車装置。 - 前記肉盛部は、前記歯面における歯丈方向の中央部に設けられ、
前記母材は、前記外歯歯車の歯底部において露出する請求項3に記載の歯車装置。 - 前記肉盛部は、前記外歯歯車の歯面の全周に設けられ、
前記歯面は、高硬度領域と、前記高硬度領域よりも低硬度の低硬度領域と、を備え、
前記低硬度領域は、前記外歯歯車の歯底部に設けられる請求項3に記載の歯車装置。 - 起振体と、
前記起振体により撓み変形させられる撓み歯車と、を備える撓み噛み合い型の歯車装置であって、
本歯車装置の他の構成部品と接触する接触面を有する接触部品を備え、
前記接触部品は、
母材と、
前記母材の表面に肉盛され、前記母材よりも高硬度であり、前記接触面を構成する肉盛部と、を備える歯車装置。 - 前記接触部品は、前記起振体であり、
前記起振体の外周面は、前記肉盛部によって構成される高硬度領域と、前記高硬度領域よりも低硬度の低硬度領域とを備え、
前記低硬度領域は、前記起振体の回転中心線周りの範囲のうち、前記回転中心線から前記起振体の短軸方向に沿って延びる基準線から±45度の範囲内に設けられる請求項6に記載の歯車装置。 - 歯車であって、
他の歯車と接触する接触面と、
母材と、
前記母材の表面に肉盛され、前記母材よりも高硬度であり、前記接触面を構成する肉盛部と、を備え、
本歯車の歯面は、前記肉盛部によって構成され、本歯車の歯丈方向の中央部に少なくとも設けられる高硬度領域と、前記高硬度領域よりも低硬度の低硬度領域とを備え、
前記低硬度領域は、本歯車の歯底部に設けられる歯車。
