Claims (6)
- モータ部、減速部および車輪用軸受部がケーシングに保持され、前記減速部が、前記モータ部の回転軸に連結された減速機入力軸と、減速機構により減速された前記減速機入力軸の回転を前記車輪用軸受部に伝達する減速機出力軸とを有し、前記減速機入力軸が転がり軸受により回転自在に支持されたインホイールモータ駆動装置において、
前記減速機入力軸は、肌焼き鋼で形成され、熱処理として浸炭焼入れ焼戻しが施されることにより形成された硬化層をその表層部全域に有し、
前記減速機入力軸のうち、前記硬化層の硬度および前記硬化層が形成されていない部分の硬度が、それぞれ、HRC62〜66.5およびHRC29〜38であることを特徴とするインホイールモータ駆動装置。 - 前記減速機構に潤滑油を供給する潤滑機構をさらに有し、
前記潤滑機構は、前記減速機入力軸の内部に設けた潤滑油路を含んで構成されている請求項1に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。 - 前記減速機構が、前記減速機入力軸に一体的に設けられた偏心部と、該偏心部に回転自在に保持され、前記減速機入力軸の回転に伴ってその回転軸心を中心とする公転運動を行う公転部材と、該公転部材の外周部に係合して前記公転部材に自転運動を生じさせる外周係合部材と、前記公転部材の自転運動を前記減速機出力軸の回転運動に変換する運動変換機構とを備える請求項1又は2に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記偏心部が軸方向の複数箇所に設けられ、各偏心部は、前記減速機入力軸の回転に伴って生じる遠心力を打ち消し合うように位相を相互に異ならせて設けられている請求項3に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記減速機入力軸に形成したスプラインを前記モータ部の回転軸に設けたスプラインに嵌合することにより、前記減速機入力軸が前記モータ部の回転軸に連結されている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記肌焼き鋼が、SCM415、SCM420およびSCr420の群から選択される何れか一種である請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
