Abstract
Description
関連する動力伝達装置1について、図4を用いて説明する。図4は、関連する動力伝達装置1の構成を示した垂直断面図である。図4に示すように、関連する動力伝達装置1は、プラネタリキャリアプレート10、プラネタリキャリア11、ピニオンギヤ12及び回転部材15を備える。
本実施形態における動力伝達装置1について、図1及び図2を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施形態における動力伝達装置1の構成を示した垂直断面図である。図2は、本実施形態における動力伝達装置1の構成を示した水平断面図である。図1に示すように、動力伝達装置1は、プラネタリキャリアプレート10、プラネタリキャリア11及びピニオンギヤ12を備える。

Claims (7)
- ピニオンギヤを軸支するピニオンシャフトを支持し、前記ピニオンギヤを自転自在に支持するとともに、自身が回転することによって前記ピニオンギヤを公転させるプラネタリキャリアと、
前記ピニオンギヤが位置する側において前記プラネタリキャリアと対向して固定され、ドグ歯が一体に形成されたプラネタリキャリアプレートと、
を備えた、動力伝達装置。 - 前記プラネタリキャリアの周縁部には、複数の支柱部が周方向に配列されており、前記支柱部において前記プラネタリキャリアプレートをロウ付けによって接合された、
請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記プラネタリキャリアプレートは、高周波焼入が可能な材料によって形成された、
請求項1又は2に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記プラネタリキャリアプレートは、鍛造成形品である、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - プラネタリキャリアの、ピニオンギヤが位置する側において対向してプラネタリキャリアプレートを固定する工程と、
前記プラネタリキャリアプレートを、ドグ歯と一体に形成する工程と、
を備えた、動力伝達装置の製造方法。 - 前記動力伝達装置の製造方法であって、
前記プラネタリキャリアの周縁部において周方向に配列された支柱部において、前記プラネタリキャリアプレートをロウ付けによって接合させる接合工程と、
をさらに備えた、請求項5に記載の動力伝達装置の製造方法。 - 前記動力伝達装置の製造方法であって、
前記プラネタリキャリアプレートの所定範囲において高周波焼入を行う焼入工程と、
をさらに備えた、請求項5または6に記載の動力伝達装置の製造方法。
