図13~24に示される本主題に従えば、移送および/または混合と再懸濁は、予め充填された圧力シリンダまたはカートリッジの形態であり得る圧力容器のような加圧気体源によって推進される。これは、上述の移動可能なばね付勢のピストンを有する可変体積の圧力室またはシリンダの除去を許容し、移送と混合/再懸濁器具の費用と大きさの潜在的な低減を与える。

- 加圧された気体をバイアルに導入することと;

- 拡張可能な前記貯留部は弾性の袋を備える、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記貯留部は、前記流体または組み合わされた前記希釈剤と前記薬剤を排出するように偏向されている、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧された気体は予め充填された圧力容器から流れる、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力容器は貫通可能な封止部を含み、方法は前記封止部を貫通することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧された気体は実質的に病原体を含まない、請求項1から請求項11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記気体がバイアルに入る前に前記気体をろ過することを含む、請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力容器は10ml以下の容積を有する、気体が充填されたカートリッジである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記カートリッジは約1ml以下の容積を有する請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力容器は当初、気体を約500psig以上の圧力で含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧された気体は不活性気体である、請求項1から請求項16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記気体は窒素、ヘリウム、ネオン、アルゴン、クリプトン、および、キセノンからなる群から選択される、請求項1から請求項17までのいずれか1項に気体の方法。
