0.5*DI2>Pt-V*G(v2-v1)/v1*v2≧0の関係を満たす構成である。
アクチュエータ等の各部の形状及び構造も上記実施形態に限られるものではない。
以下に、本願の出願当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明と同等の記載を付記する。
[1] 1以上の圧力室と、
前記圧力室に連通する複数のノズル孔を有するノズルプレートと、を備え、
共通する前記圧力室に連通する複数の前記ノズル孔は、吐出対象物が相対的に移動する第1方向における上流側のノズル孔からの液体の吐出速度が、下流側のノズル孔からの液体の吐出速度よりも速い、液体吐出ヘッド。
[2] 前記第1方向における下流側の前記ノズル孔が、上流側の前記ノズル孔よりも、流路の断面積が大きい、[1]記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
[3] 前記第1方向における下流側の前記ノズル孔が、上流側の前記ノズル孔よりも、流路の絞り量が小さい、[1]記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
[4] 共通する前記圧力室に連通する一対のノズル孔の間の距離をPt,吐出対象物との相対移動速度をV,前記ノズル孔の吐出部と前記吐出対象物との距離をG,一対の前記ノズル孔から吐出する液滴の吐出速度をそれぞれv1,v2としたとき、
2*Pt>V*G(v2-v1)/v1*v2>0の関係式を満たす、[1]乃至[3]のいずれか記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
[5] [1]乃至[4]のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッドと、
所定の搬送路に沿って前記吐出対象物を搬送する搬送装置と、を備える液体吐出装置。
Claims (5)
- 1以上の圧力室と、
前記圧力室に連通する複数のノズル孔を有するノズルプレートと、を備え、
共通する前記圧力室に連通する複数の前記ノズル孔は、吐出対象物が相対的に移動する第1方向における上流側のノズル孔からの液体の吐出速度が、下流側のノズル孔からの液体の吐出速度よりも速い、液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記第1方向における下流側の前記ノズル孔が、上流側の前記ノズル孔よりも、流路の断面積が大きい、請求項1記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記第1方向における下流側の前記ノズル孔が、上流側の前記ノズル孔よりも、流路の絞り量が小さい、請求項1記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 共通する前記圧力室に連通する一対のノズル孔の間の距離をPt,吐出対象物との相対移動速度をV,前記ノズル孔の吐出部と前記吐出対象物との距離をG,一対の前記ノズル孔から吐出する液滴の吐出速度をそれぞれv1,v2としたとき、
2*P>V*G(v2-v1)/v1*v2>0の関係式を満たす、請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記1乃至4のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッドと、
所定の搬送路に沿って前記吐出対象物を搬送する搬送装置と、を備える液体吐出装置。
