Abstract
Description
本出願は、2010年5月7日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/332,230号、2010年8月13日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/373,498号および2011年1月28日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/437,507号に関連し、それらから優先権を主張する。それらの開示は本明細書にその全体が参照として援用される。
A)マトリクス材料の一部またはシートはドナー組織部位に配置され得、管および管内に提供されるピンの遠位端は各々、マトリクス材料の上面に近接して配置され得る。
B)管およびピンは、マトリクスを貫通するように一緒に移動され得、ドナー部位の表面に近接して配置され得る。
C)次いでピンの遠位端がドナー部位の表面に存在したままで、管は、周囲組織から組織の一部を切断するためにドナー部位の組織内に下方に移動され得る。
D)次いで管の遠位端がマトリクス材料の下面またはマトリクス材料内に近接するまで、管およびピンは同時に後退され得、切断された組織を含む微小移植片は管の遠位部内に存在したままである。
E)次いでピンの位置がマトリクスに対して実質的に固定して保持されながら、管はマトリクスからさらに後退され得、それにより、管が微小移植片周囲から後退されると、微小移植片は、固定されたピンによりマトリクス材料内に保持され、マトリクス内に存在したままになる。
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの生体組織の少なくとも一部を得るための装置であって、
中空の管の遠位端に設けられる少なくとも2つの先端部を備える少なくとも1つの前記中空の管と、
少なくとも1つの前記管の中心の内腔内に少なくとも部分的に提供されるピンと、
を備え、
少なくとも1つの前記管の内径が約1mm未満であり、
少なくとも前記中空の管の少なくとも1つの部分が、ドナー部位において少なくとも1つの前記生体組織内に挿入されるように構造化され、少なくとも1つの前記管の少なくとも1つの部分が前記ドナー部位から引き抜かれると、前記ドナー部位から移植組織として前記ドナー部位の少なくとも一部を除去し、
前記ピンは、少なくとも1つの前記管の長手方向軸に沿った方向において制御可能に移動可能であり、
前記ピンは、少なくとも1つの前記管から前記移植組織の少なくとも一部の除去を容易にするように構成される、装置。 - 少なくとも1つの前記管の内径は約0.5mm未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記管は、前記管の遠位端に設けられる少なくとも3つの先端部を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記管内の前記ピンの位置を制御するように構成される位置決め構成をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 基板を貫通する少なくとも1つの開口を含む前記基板をさらに備え、少なくとも1つの前記管は、前記基板に摺動可能に取り付けられ、少なくとも1つの前記開口を通して少なくとも部分的に移動するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基板に対して少なくとも1つの前記管の位置を制御するように構成される第1のアクチュエータと、少なくとも1つの前記管内の前記ピンの位置を制御するように構成される第2のアクチュエータとをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は複数の管を備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は少なくとも6個の管を備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記管は、互いに対して矩形の配置または直線構造の少なくとも1つにおいて提供される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記管内の前記移植組織の少なくとも1つの部分の存在を検出するように構成される少なくとも1つのセンサ構成をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記管の前記先端部の側部と長手方向軸との間の角度が約15°未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記中空の管の少なくとも一部の周囲に提供される中空の針をさらに備え、前記中空の針は、少なくとも1つの前記生体組織またはマトリクス材料の少なくとも1つ内への少なくとも1つの前記中空の管の挿入を容易にするように構造化される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記中空の針の位置に対する少なくとも1つの前記中空の管の位置を制御するように構成される第1のアクチュエータと、少なくとも1つの前記中空の管の位置に対する前記ピンの位置を制御するように構成される第2のアクチュエータと、をさらに備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 基板を貫通する少なくとも1つの開口を含む前記基板をさらに備え、前記中空の針が、前記基板に摺動可能に取り付けられ、少なくとも1つの前記開口を通して少なくとも部分的に移動するように構造化される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記基板の位置に対する前記中空の針の位置を制御するように構成される第3のアクチュエータをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの生体組織の少なくとも一部を得るための方法であって、
ドナー組織部位上にマトリクス材料を提供する工程と、
前記マトリクス材料の上面に近接して少なくとも1つの中空の管の遠位端を配置する工程と、
ピンの遠位端が少なくとも1つの前記管の遠位端に近接するように、少なくとも1つの前記管の内腔内に前記ピンを配置する工程と、
少なくとも1つの前記管および前記ピンの遠位端が前記ドナー組織部位の表面に近接するように、前記マトリクス材料の厚さを貫通して前記ピンおよび少なくとも1つの前記管を実質的に一緒に下げる工程と、
周囲組織から少なくとも1つの前記生体組織の少なくとも一部を切断するために前記ドナー部位内に少なくとも1つの前記管を進入させる工程であって、前記ピンの遠位端を、前記ドナー組織部位の表面に近接したままにする、工程と、
少なくとも1つの前記管の遠位端が、前記マトリクス材料の下面に近接するまで、少なくとも1つの前記管および前記ピンを実質的に同じ速度で同時に持ち上げる工程と、
前記マトリクス材料に対して実質的に固定して前記ピンの位置を維持しながら、前記マトリクスから少なくとも1つの前記管を引き抜きぬく工程であって、少なくとも1つの前記生体組織の少なくとも一部を前記マトリクス材料内に存在したままにする、工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記マトリクス材料に少なくとも1つの成長因子を提供する工程をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリクス材料は、コラーゲン、低融点アガロース、または失活生体組織の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの生体組織の少なくとも一部を収集および移植するための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの前記生体組織の上面に近接して少なくとも1つの中空の管の遠位端を配置する工程と、
ピンの遠位端が少なくとも1つの前記管の遠位端の後方に所定の距離で提供されるように、少なくとも1つの前記管の内腔内に前記ピンを配置する工程と、
周囲組織から少なくとも1つの前記生体組織の少なくとも一部を切断するために少なくとも1つの前記管を少なくとも1つの前記生体組織内に進入させる工程であって、前記ピンの遠位端が、少なくとも1つの前記生体組織の上面に近接して配置される、工程と、
少なくとも1つの前記管が少なくとも1つの前記生体組織から除去されるまで、少なくとも1つの前記管および前記ピンを同時に持ち上げる工程であって、少なくとも1つの前記生体組織の少なくとも一部を少なくとも1つの前記管内に存在したままにする、工程と、
中空の針を特定の深さまでレシピエント材料内に挿入する工程と、
前記中空の針の遠位端が少なくとも1つの前記中空の管の遠位端に近接するように、前記中空の針の内腔内に少なくとも1つの前記生体組織の少なくとも一部を含む少なくとも1つの前記中空の管を提供する工程と、
少なくとも1つの前記中空の管の位置を前記レシピエント材料内に維持しながら、前記レシピエント材料から前記中空の針を後退させる工程と、
少なくとも1つの前記生体組織の少なくとも一部が前記レシピエント材料内に存在したままであるように、前記レシピエント材料に対して実質的に固定して前記ピンの位置を維持しながら、前記レシピエント材料から少なくとも1つの前記中空の管を引き抜く工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記レシピエント材料は、生物学的に適合性のあるマトリクスまたはさらなる生体組織の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
