- 回転軸と、前記回転軸に固定されており前記回転軸と一体回転するインペラと、を備える遠心圧縮機であって、
前記インペラは、
、前記回転軸の一方側から他方側に向かうにしたがって次第に拡径する形状を有する外周面と、前記他方側に形成された背面と、を有するハブと、
前記ハブの前記外周面に設けられた複数のブレードと、を備え、
前記ハブには、前記外周面から前記背面に通じる貫通孔が形成されており、
前記ハブの前記外周面は、
前記ハブの径方向における前記貫通孔の内側に位置する内側外周面と、
前記ハブの前記径方向における前記貫通孔の外側に位置する外側外周面と、を有し、
前記外側外周面は、前記径方向における前記内側外周面の外側の縁部である外側縁部における曲率半径を半径とする仮想的な湾曲面より前記背面側に形成されている、遠心圧縮機。 - 前記回転軸と平行な方向における前記外側縁部及び前記径方向における前記外側外周面の内側の縁部である内側縁部間の距離に対する、前記回転軸と平行な方向における前記仮想的な湾曲面及び前記内側縁部間の距離の割合は、0より大きく1より小さい、請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 各前記ブレードは、
前記内側外周面から前記外側外周面に至るように延びる形状を有するブレード本体と、
前記ハブにおける前記貫通孔を規定する側面のうち前記回転軸に近い側の部位と前記ブレード本体との境界部に設けられた内側接続部と、
前記ハブにおける前記貫通孔を規定する側面のうち前記回転軸から遠い側の部位と前記ブレード本体との境界部に設けられた外側接続部と、を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記内側接続部は、前記背面から離間するにしたがって前記回転軸に近づく向きに凸となるように湾曲する形状を有する、請求項3に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記外側接続部は、前記背面から離間するにしたがって前記回転軸から離間する向きに凸となるように湾曲する形状を有する、請求項3又は4に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記貫通孔は、円環状に形成されており、
前記ハブの前記外周面の半径に対する前記貫通孔の内径の割合は、0.74以上0.8以下であり、
前記ハブの前記外周面の半径に対する前記貫通孔の外径の割合は、0.85以上0.9以下であり、
各前記ブレードは、前記内側外周面と前記外側外周面とをつないでいる、請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の遠心圧縮機。
