Abstract
Description
図1及び図2に示すように、第1実施形態の電気光学装置としての液晶装置500は、電気光学パネルとしての液晶パネル100と、液晶パネル100の1辺に接続された配線基板110と、液晶パネル100を保持するホルダー120と、ヒートシンク130と、を有している。なお、図1及び図2は、本発明の構成、作用及び効果を説明する上で支障のない範囲で適時省略して記載している。液晶装置500は、例えば、反射型の液晶装置500であり、後述するプロジェクター1500のライトバルブとして用いられる。配線基板110は、例えば、FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit)などの可撓性基板である。
第2実施形態の液晶装置510は、図10~図13に示すように、ホルダー120の固定部223の構造が異なっている部分が、第1実施形態の液晶装置500と異なっている。その他の構成については概ね同様である。このため第2実施形態では、第1実施形態と異なる部分について詳細に説明し、その他の重複する部分については適宜説明を省略する。
Claims (7)
- 電気光学パネルと、前記電気光学パネルを保持するホルダーと、を備える電気光学装置であって、
前記ホルダーは、前記電気光学パネルが載置される載置部と、前記載置部に設けられ、前記電気光学パネルと接着剤を介して固定される固定部と、を備え、
前記固定部は、凹部を有し、
前記載置部は、前記固定部と前記電気光学パネルとの間を仕切る第1凸部を備えることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記凹部は、前記電気光学パネルを平面視した際に前記電気光学パネルと重ならない部分を有していることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記凹部の中に第2凸部を有し、
前記第2凸部の上面は、前記凹部の底より高く、かつ、前記載置部より低いことを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記凹部は、前記第2凸部が配置された第1凹部と、前記第1凹部より深い第2凹部と、を含むことを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記第2凹部には、ダミーの接着剤が配置されていることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項4又は請求項5に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記第2凹部は、表示中心部を基準として、前記第1凹部より外側に配置されていることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
