図1は、第1実施形態のハイブリッド車両1の模式図である。なお、図1では鞍乗車両(例えば、自動二輪車)が例示されているが、他の種類の車両であってもよい。図1に示すように、車両1は、走行駆動源であるエンジンE(内燃機関)と、走行駆動源である電動モータMと、エンジンE及び/又は電動モータMが出力した駆動力の回転速度を変速するギヤ変速機4とを備える。
図5は、第1実施形態のハイブリッド車両101の第1変形例の模式図である。図5に示すように、ハイブリッド車両101では、切替ドッグクラッチ130は、ギヤ変速機4の入力軸13の軸線上に配置されている。切替ドッグクラッチ130は、入力軸13に外嵌された切替ドッグ体141と、切替ドッグ体141が選択的に係合可能な変速機側ギヤ12とで構成されている。切替ドッグ体141は、入力軸13の軸線方向にスライド自在で且つ入力軸13と相対回転自在である。切替ドッグ体41には、支軸18にスライド自在に支持され切替シフトフォーク142の先端が係合している。
図6は、第1実施形態のハイブリッド車両201の第2変形例の模式図である。図6に示すように、ハイブリッド車両201では、切替ドッグクラッチ230は、ギヤ変速機4の入力軸13の軸線上に配置されている。入力軸13は、中空管である。入力軸13には、通過軸222が相対回転自在に挿通されている。入力軸13は、通過軸222よりも短い。
図7は、第2実施形態のハイブリッド車両301の模式図である。なお、第1実施形態と共通する構成については同一符号を付して説明を省略する。図7に示すように、ハイブリッド車両301は、エンジンEから摩擦クラッチ5に動力を伝達するために選択的に使用される複数(例えば、2つ)の減速ギヤ対303A,303Bを備える。第1減速ギヤ対303A及び第2減速ギヤ対303Bは、互いに離れて平行に配置されている。第1減速ギヤ対303Aの減速比(第1減速比)は、第2減速ギヤ対303Bの減速比(第2減速比)とは異なる。
図9は、第2実施形態のハイブリッド車両401の変形例の模式図である。なお、第2実施形態と共通する構成については同一符号を付して説明を省略する。図9に示すように、ハイブリッド車両401では、切替ドッグクラッチ430は、ギヤ変速機4の入力軸13の軸線上に配置されている。切替ドッグクラッチ430は、入力軸13に外嵌された切替ドッグ体441と、切替ドッグ体441が選択的に係合可能な変速機側ギヤ412A,412Bとで構成されている。切替ドッグ体441は、入力軸13の軸線方向にスライド自在で且つ入力13と一体回転する。切替ドッグ体441には、支軸18にスライド自在に支持され切替シフトフォーク142の先端が係合している。

- クランク軸を有するエンジンと、
モータ駆動軸を有する電動モータと、
前記エンジンからの駆動力と前記電動モータからの駆動力とが合流して伝達される動力伝達軸と、
前記クランク軸から前記動力伝達軸までの動力伝達経路に設けられ、スライド変位によって前記動力伝達経路を切断可能な切替ドッグ体を有する切替ドッグクラッチと、を備える、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記動力伝達軸の軸線上に配置され、前記動力伝達経路を切断可能な摩擦クラッチを更に備え、
前記切替ドッグクラッチは、前記動力伝達経路における前記摩擦クラッチの上流側に配置されている、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 入力軸と、出力軸と、前記入力軸から前記出力軸に伝達される駆動力の回転数を変速する変速機構と、を有する変速機を更に備え、
前記動力伝達軸は、前記変速機の前記入力軸である、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - シフトドラムと、
前記シフトドラムの回転に応じてスライド変位する複数のシフトフォークと、を更に備え、
前記変速機構は、スライド変位によって変速段を選択する変速ドッグギヤを有し、
前記複数のシフトフォークは、前記変速ドッグギヤをスライド変位させる変速シフトフォークと、前記切替ドッグ体をスライド変位させる切替シフトフォークとを、含む、請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記切替ドッグクラッチは、前記クランク軸の軸線上に配置されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記切替ドッグクラッチは、前記動力伝達軸の軸線上に配置されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記クランク軸から前記動力伝達軸への動力伝達を切断する状態で前記クランク軸及び前記動力伝達軸に設けられ、第1減速比を有する第1減速ギヤ対と、
前記クランク軸から前記動力伝達軸への動力伝達を切断する状態で前記クランク軸及び前記動力伝達軸に設けられ、前記第1減速比とは異なる第2減速比を有する第2減速ギヤ対と、を更に備え、
前記切替ドッグ体は、前記第1減速ギヤ対又は前記第2減速ギヤ対を介した前記クランク軸から前記動力伝達軸への動力伝達を接続するように、前記第1減速ギヤ対又は前記第2減速ギヤ対に選択的に係合可能に構成されている、請求項5又は6に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記切替ドッグクラッチを動作させる切替アクチュエータと、
前記エンジン、前記電動モータ及び前記切替アクチュエータを制御するコントローラと、を更に備える、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。
