Abstract
【解決手段】ポリ(フェニルグリシジルエーテル)-co-ホルムアルデヒド及び硬化剤を含むエポキシ樹脂、フルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂、並びに特定のハンセン溶解度パラメーターを有する2種類の溶媒を含む、溶媒混合物を含む、疎氷性コーティング組成物が提供される。さらに、上流表面及び下流表面を有する多孔質媒体を備える、コーティングされたフィルターであって、少なくとも上流表面が、コーティング組成物から形成されたコーティングを有する、コーティングされたフィルターが提供される。コーティングされた物品、並びにコーティングされた物品を形成する方法、及び氷の形成を抑制する方法もまた記載される。

Description
のエポキシフェノールポリマーであり得て、
式中、Rは、H又はアルキル(例えば、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル)であり、ベンゼン環の間の結合は、オルト-オルト、オルト-パラ、及び/又はパラ-パラである。ポリ(フェニルグリシジルエーテル)-co-ホルムアルデヒドの数平均分子量は、典型的に、約2,000g/mol以下(例えば、約1500g/mol以下、約1200g/mol以下、約1000g/mol以下、約800g/mol以下、約700g/mol以下、又は約600g/mol以下)である。ポリ(フェニルグリシジルエーテル)-co-ホルムアルデヒドの特定の例は、CAS登録番号28064-14-4(数平均分子量約570g/mol)を有する。エポキシフェノールポリマーは、市販で購入できるか、又はノボラックポリマー及びエピクロロヒドリンから合成できる。ノボラックポリマーは、フェノール及びホルムアルデヒドから得られる低分子量ポリマーとして、当技術分野において既知である。

Claims (19)
- ポリ(フェニルグリシジルエーテル)-co-ホルムアルデヒド及び硬化剤を含むエポキシ樹脂、
フルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂、並びに
溶媒混合物であり、
ハンセン溶解度パラメーター14≦δD≦17、6≦δP≦13、及び4≦δH≦8の第1の溶媒、及び
ハンセン溶解度パラメーター16≦δD≦19、4≦δP≦9、及び11≦δH≦15の第2の溶媒
を含む、溶媒混合物
を含む、コーティング組成物。 - 前記エポキシ樹脂が、約153℃未満のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂及びフルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂が、前記溶媒混合物に可溶性である、請求項1又は2に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂対前記フルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂の比が、85:15~60:40である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 第1の溶媒対前記第2の溶媒の比が、90:10~98:2である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- コーティングされた物品を形成する方法であって、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物を前記物品の表面の少なくとも一部分に塗布するステップを含む、方法。
- 前記コーティング組成物を塗布するステップの前に、前記コーティング組成物を調製するステップをさらに含み、
前記コーティング組成物を調製するステップが、
前記第1の溶媒及び第2の溶媒を含む混合溶媒を用意すること、
前記混合溶媒に前記フルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂を溶解すること、並びにその後、
前記混合溶媒に前記エポキシ樹脂を溶解すること
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 溶液が、約1.25wt%以下の溶解されたフルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング組成物を塗布するステップが、噴霧、浸漬、スピニング、ワイピング、ローリング、又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング組成物を塗布するステップの後で、前記コーティング組成物を硬化にさらす、請求項6~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化を、前記第1の溶媒の大部分が前記コーティング組成物から蒸発した後で行う、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 上流表面及び下流表面を有する多孔質媒体を備える、コーティングされたフィルターであって、前記上流表面が、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物から形成されたコーティングを有する、コーティングされたフィルター。
- 前記コーティングが、1~500μmの厚さを有する、請求項13に記載のコーティングされたフィルター。
- 前記コーティングが、前記フルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂の大部分を含む、前記上流表面と反対の最外側の層、前記エポキシ樹脂の大部分を含む、前記上流表面に隣接する最内側の層、並びに前記フルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂及びエポキシ樹脂の混合物を含む、前記最外側の層と最内側の層との間に介在する層を含む、請求項13又は14に記載のコーティングされたフィルター。
- 物品の表面の氷の形成を抑制する方法であって、
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物を前記物品の表面の少なくとも一部分に塗布するステップ、及び
前記コーティング組成物を硬化させて、異なる組成を有する異なる層を含むコーティングをもたらすステップ
を含む、方法。 - 前記コーティングが、前記フルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂の大部分を含む、前記表面と反対の最外側の層、前記エポキシ樹脂の大部分を含む、前記表面に隣接する最内側の層、並びに前記フルオロ置換ポリ(アルキルシロキサン)樹脂及びエポキシ樹脂の混合物を含む、前記最外側の層と最内側の層との間に介在する層を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング組成物を塗布するステップの前に、前記コーティング組成物を調製するステップをさらに含み、
