Claims (11)
- 金属製の芯材と、
前記芯材の外表面を被覆し、ポリオレフィン樹脂、木粉および着色剤を含む第1被覆層と、
前記第1被覆層を部分的に被覆し、ポリオレフィン樹脂、木粉および着色剤を含み、前記第1被覆層と色の異なる第2被覆層と、
を有する一体押出成形体。 - 前記第1被覆層と前記第2被覆層は、前記着色剤の種類または濃度を除いて同じ組成を有する、
請求項1に記載の一体押出成形体。 - 前記第2被覆層は不規則な筋模様を形成している、
請求項1または2に記載の一体押出成形体。 - 前記第2被覆層が軸方向に垂直な断面において前記第1被覆層の凹みを埋めるように形成されている、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の一体押出成形体。 - 前記芯材と前記第1被覆層の間に接着層をさらに有する、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の一体押出成形体。 - 前記接着層の厚さが0.05~1.0mmである、
請求項5に記載の一体押出成形体。 - 最表面がサンディング加工されている、
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の一体押出成形体。 - 前記芯材がアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる、

請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の一体押出成形体。 - 金属製の芯材を準備する工程と、
ポリオレフィン樹脂、木粉および着色剤を含む混合物を混練して第1組成物を調製し、前記芯材を第1ダイの開口に挿通し、前記第1組成物を前記第1ダイ内で前記芯材上に押し出すことにより、前記芯材の外表面を被覆する第1被覆層を形成する第1押出工程と、
ポリオレフィン樹脂、木粉および着色剤を含む混合物を混練して、前記第1組成物と色の異なる第2組成物を調製し、前記第1被覆層を有する前記芯材を、該第1被覆層が流動性を失わないうちに第2ダイの開口に挿通し、前記第2組成物を前記第2ダイ内で前記第1被覆層の表面に押し出すことにより、前記第1被覆層を部分的に被覆する第2被覆層を形成する第2押出工程と、
前記第1被覆層および前記第2被覆層を冷却して硬化させる冷却工程と、
を有する一体押出成形体の製造方法。 - 前記第1押出工程の前に、前記芯材の表面に接着層を形成する工程をさらに有する、
請求項10に記載の一体押出成形体の製造方法。
