Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態を示すタイヤ1のトレッド部2の展開図である。図1に示されるように、本実施形態のタイヤ1は、例えば、乗用車用の空気入りタイヤとして好適に使用される。但し、本発明は、このような態様に限定されるものではなく、重荷重用の空気入りタイヤや自動二輪車用の空気入りタイヤ、又は、タイヤの内部に加圧された空気が充填されない非空気式タイヤに用いられても良い。
装着リム:16×5.5
タイヤ内圧:600kPa
テスト車両:排気量2500cc、四輪駆動車
タイヤ装着位置:全輪
前記テスト車両で砂利道を一定距離走行し、溝内に入り込んだ石が全て採取され、その総重量が測定された。結果は、比較例の前記石の総重量を100とする指数であり、数値が小さい程、耐石噛み性能が優れていることを示す。
テストの結果が表1~4に示される。

Claims (13)
- タイヤであって、
トレッド部に、2つの溝壁を含む少なくとも1本の溝が設けられており、
前記溝壁の少なくとも一方には、前記溝壁から突出した突部が設けられており、
前記突部は、前記溝の長さ方向に延びる少なくとも1つのリブを含み、
前記リブは、前記溝壁からタイヤ半径方向外側に向かうような傾斜で、前記溝壁から突出し、
前記リブは、前記溝壁から前記傾斜に沿った方向に最も離れた位置に平坦な先端面を有する、
タイヤ。 - 前記溝の長さ方向と直交する断面において、前記先端面は、直線状に延びる部分を1.0mm以上含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記溝の長さ方向と直交する断面において、前記先端面の角度は、前記先端面に立てたタイヤ法線に対して0~50°である、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記溝壁の両方に、前記突部が設けられている、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記傾斜の角度は、前記溝壁に立てたタイヤ法線に対して、25~80°である、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記リブは、前記溝の長さ方向と直交する断面において、平行四辺形状である、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記突部は、タイヤ半径方向に間隔をあけて配された少なくとも2つの前記リブを含み、
前記少なくとも2つのリブにおいて、前記傾斜の角度が、溝底側に位置するものほど小さい、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記少なくとも2つのリブにおいて、前記先端面の角度が、溝底側に位置するものほど大きい、請求項7に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記リブのリブ高さが、前記溝の溝幅の6%~40%である、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記リブのリブ厚さが、前記溝壁からのリブ高さの50%~150%である、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記突部は、タイヤ半径方向に間隔をあけて配された少なくとも2つの前記リブと、前記リブを互いに連結する連結部とを含む、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記連結部の前記溝の長さ方向の長さは、前記リブの前記溝壁に沿ったリブ厚さよりも大きい、請求項11に記載のタイヤ。
- 1つの前記溝壁には、3~7個の前記リブが設けられている、請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
