Abstract
Description
K=T×D1/2 ・・・(1)
(式中、Tはコードの上撚り数[回/10cm]であり、Dはコードの総繊度[dtex]である。)
各試験タイヤに用いたコートゴムについて、JIS K6253に規定されるデュロメータ硬さ試験に準拠して、温度20℃の条件でタイプAのデュロメータを用いてゴムの硬度を測定した。評価結果は、比較例1の測定値を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど、硬度が大きいことを意味する。
各試験タイヤに用いたコートゴムについて、東洋精機製作所製の粘弾性スペクトロメータを使用し、温度60℃、周波数20Hz、初期歪10%、動歪±2%の条件で60℃におけるtanδを測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用いて比較例1の値を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど、tanδ(60℃)が小さく低発熱であることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ15×6Jのホイールに組み付けて、空気圧を210kPaとして排気量1500ccの試験車両に装着し、2名が乗車した状態で乾燥路面からなるテストコースにて、速度100km/hの条件で、テストドライバーによる高速操縦安定性の官能評価を行った。評価結果は、比較例1を100とする指数で示した。この指数値が大きいほど高速操縦安定性に優れることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ15×6Jのホイールに組み付け、空気圧を260kPaとして、ドラム試験機(ドラム径1707mm)に装着し、周辺温度を38±3℃に制御し、速度120km/hから30分毎に10km/hずつ加速し、タイヤに故障が生じるまでの走行距離を計測した。評価結果は、比較例1の測定値を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど、タイヤに故障が生じるまでの走行距離が大きく、高速耐久性が優れていることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ15×6Jのホイールに組み付け、空気圧を210kPaとして、JIS D4230に準拠する室内ドラム試験機(ドラム径1707mm)に装着し、試験荷重4.82kN、速度80km/時の抵抗力(転がり抵抗)を測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用いて比較例1の値を100とする指数として表1に示した。この指数が大きいほど転がり抵抗が小さく、低転がり抵抗性に優れることを意味する。

Claims (5)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、前記トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備え、前記トレッド部、前記サイドウォール部、および前記ビード部から選ばれる少なくとも1つの部位にコードを含む補強層が埋設された空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記補強層に含まれる前記コードを被覆するコートゴムが、天然ゴムを70質量%〜100質量%含むゴム成分100質量部に対して、窒素吸着比表面積N2SAが100m2 /g以上であるカーボンブラックが30質量部〜60質量部、アロマオイルが任意で0質量部以上10質量部以下配合され、100℃における破断強度TB〔単位:MPa〕と100℃における100%伸長時の応力M100〔単位:MPa〕とがTB2/M100≧50.0の関係を満たすゴム組成物で構成されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記コードが有機繊維で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記コード1本あたりの正量繊度D〔単位:dtex/本〕と、前記コードの延長方向と直交する方向50mm当たりの前記コードの打ち込み本数E〔単位:本/50mm〕との積A=D×Eが1.0×105dtex/50mm〜3.0×105dtex/50mmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記コードの1.5cN/dtex負荷時の伸びが5.0%〜8.0%であり、破断伸びが20%以上であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記補強層がカーカス層であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
