Abstract
Description
前記弁口下に形成される弁室と、
前記弁室内に上下動可能に配されるフロートとを少なくとも備え、
前記弁室は、流体の通過部を持った前記フロートの支持部の下方に開放端を位置させる構成となっていると共に、
前記支持部にはオリフィスが形成されており、
前記弁室に形成された割欠き部によって前記支持部よりも下方で且つ前記開放端よりも上方に、前記オリフィスに連絡するオリフィス用通気路の入り口を形成させてなる、ものとした。
前記第一弁口1下に形成される第一弁室3と、
前記第二弁口2下に形成されると共に、隔壁5によって前記第一弁室3と区分された第二弁室4と、
前記第一弁室3内に上下動可能に配される第一フロート6と、
前記第二弁室4内に上下動可能に配される第二フロート7とを少なくとも備えている。
前記第一フロート6の前記支持部3a、前記開放端3e、及び前記第二フロート7の前記支持部4aを備えた下部パーツ11を嵌合させて形成させてなる。
フランジ形成体10aは、上端を閉塞させ下端を開放させた円筒状体10cのこの上端と下端との間に、外鍔10dを形成させた態様となっている。前記上端と外鍔10dとの間には、管一端をフランジ形成体10a内の空間に連通させて側方に延出される接続管部10eが形成されている。
前記装置上部10と前記下部パーツ11との嵌合時に、前記被嵌合部18に嵌合される前記下部パーツ11の嵌合部19の水平断面の輪郭形状を、前記被嵌合部18の前記輪郭形状に実質的に整合した楕円形とさせている。

前記弁室に形成された割欠き部によって前記支持部よりも下方で且つ前記開放端よりも上方に、前記オリフィスに連絡するオリフィス用通気路の入り口を形成させており、
しかも、前記第一弁室の側部であって前記支持部の上方に、上部オリフィスが形成されていると共に、
前記第二弁室の側部に通気窓穴を形成させてなる、ものとした。
Claims (4)
- 燃料タンク内外を連通する弁口と、
前記弁口下に形成される弁室と、
前記弁室内に上下動可能に配されるフロートとを少なくとも備え、
前記弁室は、流体の通過部を持った前記フロートの支持部の下方に開放端を位置させる構成となっていると共に、
前記支持部にはオリフィスが形成されており、
前記弁室に形成された割欠き部によって前記支持部よりも下方で且つ前記開放端よりも上方に、前記オリフィスに連絡するオリフィス用通気路の入り口を形成させてなる、燃料タンク用弁装置。 - 前記弁室の前記開放端に前記燃料タンク内の燃料の液面レベルが達したときに燃料タンクの内圧を上昇させて給油ガン側のセンサに満タンを検知させると共に、この満タン検知後の追加給油を前記オリフィス用通気路の前記入り口に前記液面レベルが達するまで許容させるようにしてなる、請求項1に記載の燃料タンク用弁装置。
- 前記支持部に二以上の前記オリフィスが形成されると共に、各前記オリフィスにそれぞれ対応した前記オリフィス用通気路を形成させてなる、請求項2に記載の燃料タンク用弁装置。
- 前記オリフィスを、前記フロートの中心軸上に位置される前記支持部の中心を挟んだ対称位置にそれぞれ形成させてなる、請求項3に記載の燃料タンク用弁装置。
