Abstract
Description
・エンジンピストンが一次チャンバに含まれるガスを圧縮し始めるときに、そして上記バルブを作動させるための空気流が少ない場合でも、バルブを、それが協働するバルブ閉鎖シートに必ず再び接触させる。
・上記バルブの作動を損なうことなく、バルブと、それが協働するバルブ開放シートとの間の衝撃を和らげる。
・ガス排出オリフィスの直径、成層キャビティと成層管によって形成される総体積、および上記キャビティ内のイニシエータ装入物の噴射圧力を、スパーク点火エンジンのより良い効率という基準のみに基づいて、かつバルブの作動と耐久性という二重の要件なしに決定する。
・スパーク点火エンジンの効率とバルブの寿命を最大化する。
・成層バルブおよび成層管の全部または一部を構成する少なくとも1つの磁性材料と、
・上記バルブおよび上記管を磁化するように、磁束が成層バルブおよび成層管を通過する少なくとも1つの磁界源と、を含む。

Claims (8)
- 内燃エンジン(2)用のバルブ型点火プレチャンバ(1)用の磁気バルブリターンデバイス(42)であって、前記エンジンが、ピストン(31)と共に、一次装入物(30)が導入され得る燃焼チャンバ(5)を形成するために、シリンダ(4)上に位置するシリンダヘッド(3)を含み、前記シリンダヘッド(3)が、一方では、イニシエータ装入物(9)を注入することができる成層インジェクタ(8)、および他方では、点火手段(11)がつながる成層キャビティ(6)を受容し、前記キャビティ(6)が、成層管(7)によって前記燃焼チャンバ(5)に接続されており、一方で、成層バルブ(13)が、前記管(7)を閉鎖して、前記成層キャビティ(6)を燃焼チャンバ(5)から隔離し、次いで前記バルブ(13)のキャビティ側表面(14)を、キャビティ側座面(19)を用いてバルブ閉塞シート(18)上に静置させるか、または前記管(7)と共に、前記プレチャンバ(23)が含む少なくとも1つのガス排出オリフィス(24)を用いて、上記成層キャビティ(6)を前記燃焼チャンバ(5)と連通させるトーチ点火プレチャンバ(23)を形成し、前記バルブ(13)のチャンバ側表面(15)を、この場合、チャンバ側バルブ座面(21)を用いてバルブ開放シート(20)上に載せることができ、前記デバイスが、
・前記成層バルブ(13)および前記成層管(7)の全部または一部を構成する少なくとも1つの磁性材料(43)と、
・前記バルブ(13)および前記管(7)を磁化するように、その磁束(54)が前記成層バルブ(13)および前記成層管(7)を通過する少なくとも1つの磁界源(44)と、を含むことを特徴とする、磁気バルブリターンデバイス。 - 前記磁場源(44)が、永久磁石(53)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁気バルブリターンデバイス。
- 前記磁場源(44)が、電流が流れることができる導線(51)のコイルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁気バルブリターンデバイス。
- 前記導線(51)のコイルを流れる前記電流のアンペア数が、コンピュータ(52)によって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の磁気バルブリターンデバイス。
- 前記バルブ開放シート(20)を受容する前記成層管(7)の端部が、前記管(7)に追加され、非磁性材料(50)からなる部分(49)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁気バルブリターンデバイス。
- 前記キャビティ側表面(14)が、環状分配チャンバ(46)を形成する円形の周辺凹部(45)を含み、前記キャビティ側バルブ座面(19)の外径が、前記環状チャンバ(46)の内径以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁気バルブリターンデバイス。
- 前記燃焼チャンバ(5)につながる前記成層管(7)の前記端部の直径が、ガス絞りオリフィス(47)を形成するように局所的に大幅に低減され、したがって、前記端部が、前記チャンバ側表面(15)と共に、キャビティ側バルブ座面(19)が、それが協働するバルブ閉塞シート(18)と接触したときに、最大体積を有するバルブ減衰チャンバ(48)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁気バルブリターンデバイス。
- 前記チャンバ側バルブ座面(21)および前記バルブ開放シート(20)の外径が、前記成層バルブ(13)の外径に近く、一方で、前記座面(21)および前記シート(20)の内径が、ガス絞りオリフィス(47)の直径に近いことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の磁気バルブリターンデバイス。
