Abstract
Description
AおよびA’は前記化学式2で表される置換基であり、
n、m、o、p、qおよびrは互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して1〜100の整数である。
X1は、S、OまたはN(R11)であり、
R9〜R11は互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して水素、重水素、シアノ基、ニトロ基、ハロゲン基、ヒドロキシ基、置換または非置換の炭素数1〜30のアルキル基、および置換または非置換の炭素数3〜30のシクロアルキル基である。
AおよびA’は前記化学式2で表される置換基であり、
n、m、o、p、q、およびrは互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して1〜100の整数である。
AおよびA’は化学式1において定義した通りであり、
n’、m’、o’、p’、q’およびr’は互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して1〜100の整数である。
また、R9〜R11は互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して水素、重水素、シアノ基、ニトロ基、ハロゲン基、ヒドロキシ基、置換または非置換の炭素数1〜30のアルキル基および置換または非置換の炭素数3〜30のシクロアルキル基である。
下記化学式6または化学式7で表されるUV硬化ポリウレタンオリゴマーと、下記化学式5で表される光開始剤と、3−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランと、エポキシアクリレートオリゴマーと、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−p−クレゾールとを混合して、3Dプリンタ用光硬化型高分子組成物を調製した。前記高分子組成物の調製に使用されたオリゴマーなどは購入して利用しており、構成成分の含有量は下記表1の通りである。

グリップ間の距離:115mm
ロードセル:3000N
弾性区間:(0.05〜0.25)%
降伏点:0.2%オフセット
試験環境:(23±2)℃、(50±5)%RH
試験方法:ASTM D790
試験機器:万能試験機
試験速度:1.4mm/min
支点間距離:55mm

弾性区間:(0.05〜0.25)%

前記実験は、韓国高分子試験研究所に依頼して実験を行っており、試験片は前記表1のS10〜S80の高分子組成物を、3Dプリンタにより図1の試験片で出力して提供した。

- 下記化学式1で表されるUV硬化ポリウレタンオリゴマーと、
光開始剤と、
シランカップリング剤と、
オリゴマーと、
安定剤とを含む、
透明矯正装置の製造のための3Dプリンタ用光硬化型組成物:
AおよびA’は前記化学式2で表される置換基であり、
n、m、o、p、qおよびrは互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して1〜100の整数であり、
L1およびL2は互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して置換または非置換の炭素数1〜200のアルキレン基、置換または非置換の炭素数6〜200のアリーレン基、置換または非置換の核原子数5〜200のヘテロアリーレン基、および置換または非置換の炭素数3〜200のシクロアルキレン基であり、
R1〜R8は互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して水素、重水素、シアノ基、ニトロ基、ハロゲン基、ヒドロキシ基、置換または非置換の炭素数1〜30のアルキル基、置換または非置換の炭素数1〜20のシクロアルキル基、置換または非置換の炭素数2〜30のアルケニル基、置換または非置換の炭素数2〜24のアルキニル基、置換または非置換の炭素数7〜30のアラルキル基、置換または非置換の炭素数6〜30のアリール基、置換または非置換の炭素数5〜60のヘテロアリール基、置換または非置換の炭素数6〜30のヘテロアリールアルキル基、置換または非置換の炭素数1〜30のアルコキシ基、置換または非置換の炭素数1〜30のアルキルアミノ基、置換または非置換の炭素数6〜30のアリールアミノ基、置換または非置換の炭素数6〜30のアラルキルアミノ基、置換または非置換の炭素数2〜24のヘテロアリールアミノ基、置換または非置換の炭素数1〜30のアルキルシリル基、置換または非置換の炭素数6〜30のアリールシリル基、および置換または非置換の炭素数6〜30のアリールオキシ基からなる群より選択され、
前記置換されたアルキレン基、置換されたアリーレン基、置換されたヘテロアリーレン基、置換されたシクロアルキレン基、置換されたアルキル基、置換されたシクロアルキル基、置換されたアルケニル基、置換されたアルキニル基、置換されたアラルキル基、置換されたアリール基、置換されたヘテロアリール基、置換されたヘテロアリールアルキル基、置換されたアルコキシ基、置換されたアルキルアミノ基、置換されたアリールアミノ基、置換されたアラルキルアミノ基、置換されたヘテロアリールアミノ基、置換されたアルキルシリル基、置換されたアリールシリル基、および置換されたアリールオキシ基は、水素、重水素、シアノ基、ニトロ基、ハロゲン基、ヒドロキシ基、炭素数1〜30のアルキル基、炭素数1〜20のシクロアルキル基、炭素数2〜30のアルケニル基、炭素数2〜24のアルキニル基、炭素数7〜30のアラルキル基、炭素数6〜30のアリール基、核原子数5〜60のヘテロアリール基、炭素数6〜30のヘテロアリールアルキル基、炭素数1〜30のアルコキシ基、炭素数1〜30のアルキルアミノ基、炭素数6〜30のアリールアミノ基、炭素数6〜30のアラルキルアミノ基、炭素数2〜24のヘテロアリールアミノ基、炭素数1〜30のアルキルシリル基、炭素数6〜30のアリールシリル基、および炭素数6〜30のアリールオキシ基からなる群より選択された1種以上の置換基で置換され、複数の置換基で置換される場合、これらは互いに同一または異なる。 - 前記3Dプリンタ用光硬化型組成物を用いた透明矯正装置は、弾性係数1500N/m2〜2000N/m2、引張強度40N/m2〜50N/m2、および曲げ強度45N/m2〜55N/m2である、
請求項1に記載の透明矯正装置の製造のための3Dプリンタ用光硬化型組成物。 - 前記3Dプリンタ用光硬化型組成物を用いた透明矯正装置は、40℃〜80℃の範囲で元の形状に復元が可能である、
請求項1に記載の透明矯正装置の製造のための3Dプリンタ用光硬化型組成物。 - 前記UV硬化ポリウレタンオリゴマーは、重量平均分子量10000〜1000000である、
請求項1に記載の透明矯正装置の製造のための3Dプリンタ用光硬化型組成物。 - 前記光開始剤は下記化学式3で表される化合物である、
請求項1に記載の透明矯正装置の製造のための3Dプリンタ用光硬化型組成物:
X1はS、OまたはN(R11)であり、
R9〜R11は互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して水素、重水素、シアノ基、ニトロ基、ハロゲン基、ヒドロキシ基、置換または非置換の炭素数1〜30のアルキル基および置換または非置換の炭素数3〜30のシクロアルキル基であり、
前記置換されたアルキル基および置換されたシクロアルキル基は、水素、重水素、シアノ基、ニトロ基、ハロゲン基、ヒドロキシ基、炭素数1〜30のアルキル基、炭素数1〜20のシクロアルキル基、炭素数2〜30のアルケニル基、炭素数2〜24のアルキニル基、炭素数7〜30のアラルキル基、炭素数6〜30のアリール基、核原子数5〜60のヘテロアリール基、炭素数6〜30のヘテロアリールアルキル基、炭素数1〜30のアルコキシ基、炭素数1〜30のアルキルアミノ基、炭素数6〜30のアリールアミノ基、炭素数6〜30のアラルキルアミノ基、炭素数2〜24のヘテロアリールアミノ基、炭素数1〜30のアルキルシリル基、炭素数6〜30のアリールシリル基、および炭素数6〜30のアリールオキシ基からなる群より選択された1種以上の置換基で置換され、複数の置換基で置換される場合、これらは互いに同一または異なる。 - 前記オリゴマーは、エポキシアクリレートオリゴマー、H12ジアンジグリシジルエーテル(4,4’−(1−メチルエチリデン)ビス(シクロヘキサノール)、(クロロメチル)オキシランを有するポリマー)およびこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、

請求項1に記載の透明矯正装置の製造のための3Dプリンタ用光硬化型組成物。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンタ用光硬化型組成物を含む、
透明矯正装置。
