Abstract
Description
A)50〜70重量%、好ましくは52〜68重量%、より好ましくは54〜66重量%の、少なくとも1つの芳香族ポリカーボネート、
B)16〜40重量%、好ましくは18〜30重量%、特に好ましくは20〜26重量%の、少なくとも1つのポリアルキレンテレフタレート、
C)8〜22重量%、好ましくは10〜20重量%、特に好ましくは12〜18重量%の、少なくとも1つのタルク系ミネラルフィラー、
D)0.0110〜0.0280重量%、好ましくは0.0115〜0.0250重量%、特に好ましくは0.0120〜0.0220重量%の亜リン酸、
E)0〜8.0重量%、好ましくは0.1〜7重量%、特に好ましくは0.3〜6重量%の、少なくとも1つの添加剤
を含有するか、又はこれらのみからなる組成物によって、上記有利な特性が示されることが判明した。
本発明において好適な成分Aの芳香族ポリカーボネート及び/又は芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートは、文献公知であるか、又は文献公知の方法によって製造可能である(芳香族ポリカーボネートの製造については、例えば、Schnell、「ポリカーボネートの化学と物理(Chemistry and Physics of Polycarbonates)」、Interscience Publishers、1964、さらにDE−AS 1 495 626、独国特許出願公開第2 232 877A号、独国特許出願公開第2 703 376A号、独国特許出願公開第2 714 544A号、独国特許出願公開第3 000 610A号、独国特許出願公開第3 832 396A号を参照。芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートの製造については、例えば、独国特許出願公開第3 007 934A号を参照。)。
Aは、単結合、C1〜C5−アルキレン、C2〜C5−アルキリデン、C5〜C6−シクロアルキリデン、−O−、−SO−、−CO−、−S−、−SO2−、任意選択でヘテロ原子を含有する芳香環がさらに縮合していてもよいC6〜C12−アリーレン、
又は、式(II)若しくは(III)の基であり、
xは、出現毎に独立して、0、1又は2であり、
pは、1又は0であり、
R5及びR6は、各X1に対して個々に選択可能であり、互いに独立して、水素又はC1〜C6−アルキルであり、好ましくは水素、メチル又はエチルであり、
X1は、炭素であり、
mは、4〜7の整数、好ましくは4又は5であり、但し、少なくとも1つの原子X1、R5及びR6は同時にアルキルである。
本発明によれば、成分Bとしてポリアルキレンテレフタレート又はポリアルキレンテレフタレートの混合物が用いられる。
成分Cとして、熱可塑性成形コンパウンドは、強化剤としてタルク及び/又はタルク系ミネラルフィラー、あるいは上記強化剤と少なくとも1つの更なる非タルク系強化剤との混合物を含有する。
成分Dとして、組成物は亜リン酸H3PO3を含有する。亜リン酸は固体又は水溶液として使用することができる。固体として使用することが望ましい。本発明の組成物では、これにより、使用されるポリマー成分のコンパウンディング中の安定性が向上し、したがって組成物の機械的特性が向上する。くわえて、酸水溶液よりもコンパウンディングユニットへの計量が容易であり、機械部品の腐食する可能性のあるリスクも大幅に低減する。
組成物は、成分Eとして市販のポリマー添加剤を含有することができる。
本発明の組成物は、熱可塑性成形コンパウンドを製造するために使用することができる。本発明の熱可塑性成形コンパウンドは、例えば、内部混練機、押出機及び二軸押出機などの慣用の装置で、組成物のそれぞれの成分を、好ましくは200℃〜320℃、特に好ましくは240℃〜310℃、非常に特に好ましくは260℃〜300℃の温度で、よく知られた様式で混合並びに溶融混練及び溶融押出して製造することができる。本出願の文脈において、このプロセスは一般に、コンパウンディングと呼ばれる。
1.熱可塑性成形コンパウンドを製造するための組成物であって、以下の成分:
A)少なくとも1つの芳香族ポリカーボネートを50〜70重量%、
B)少なくとも1つのポリアルキレンテレフタレートを16〜40重量%、
C)少なくとも1つのタルク系ミネラルフィラーを8〜22重量%、
D)亜リン酸を0.0110〜0.0280重量%、
E)少なくとも1つの添加剤を0〜8.0重量%
含有するか、又はこれらのみからなる組成物。
成分Bを18〜30重量%、
成分Cを10〜20重量%、
成分Dを0.0115〜0.0250重量%、
成分Eを0.1〜7重量%
含有するか、又はこれらのみからなる、前述の実施形態のいずれかによる組成物。
成分Bを20〜26重量%、
成分Cを12〜18重量%、
成分Dを0.0120〜0.0220重量%、
成分Eを0.3〜6重量%
含有するか、又はこれらのみからなる、前述の実施形態のいずれかによる組成物。
分子量(重量平均値MW、ビスフェノールA系ポリカーボネート標準を使用してGPC(ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー)で測定)が24kg/molのビスフェノールA系直鎖状ポリカーボネート
成分B
固有粘度が0.623dl/gのポリエチレンテレフタレート(例えば、ドイツ、Invista製のPET)
比粘度は、ジクロロ酢酸中、1重量%の濃度、25℃で測定する。固有粘度は、次式に従って比粘度から算出する。
固有粘度=比粘度×0.0006907+0.063096
成分C
セディグラフを使用して測定して、平均粒径d50が1.2μm、d95が3.5μmであり、かつAl2O3含有量が0.5重量%であるタルク
成分D
固体としての亜リン酸H3PO3
成分E−1
ブラックパール(Black Pearls)(商標)800カーボンブラック
成分E−2
潤滑剤/離型剤としてのモンタン酸エステルワックス(リコワックス(Licowax)(商標)E)
成分E−3
潤滑剤/離型剤としてのペンタエリスリトールテトラステアレート
成分A〜Eを含有する本発明の成形コンパウンドは、コペリオン、ヴェルナー及びフライデラー(Coperion,Werner and Pfleiderer)(ドイツ)製のZSK25二軸スクリュー押出機で、270℃〜290℃の溶融温度で製造する。
それぞれのコンパウンディングから得られたペレットを射出成形機(例えばアーバーグ(Arburg)製)で270℃の溶融温度、70℃の金型温度で試験片に加工した。
Claims (15)
- 熱可塑性成形コンパウンドを製造するための組成物であって、以下の成分:
A)少なくとも1つの芳香族ポリカーボネートを50〜70重量%、
B)少なくとも1つのポリアルキレンテレフタレートを16〜40重量%、
C)少なくとも1つのタルク系ミネラルフィラーを8〜22重量%、
D)亜リン酸を0.0110〜0.0280重量%、
E)少なくとも1つの添加剤を0〜8.0重量%
含有するか、又はこれらのみからなる組成物。 - 前記成分Aが、ビスフェノールA系ポリカーボネートを標準として使用した塩化メチレン中のゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーで測定して、22〜28kg/molの重量平均分子量MWを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分Bが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びポリブチレンテレフタレートからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 成分Bとして、0.58dl/g〜0.68dl/gの固有粘度を有するポリエチレンテレフタレートが用いられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 成分Cとして、0.7重量%未満のAl2O3含有量を有するタルクが用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分C)が、6μm未満の上限粒径d95を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分Dが、固体として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分Dの成分Bに対する重量比が、0.0003:1〜0.0010:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分Cと異なるフィラー及び強化剤を含有しない、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記成分Aを54〜66重量%、
前記成分Bを20〜26重量%、
前記成分Cを12〜18重量%、
前記成分Dを0.0120〜0.0220重量%、
前記成分Eを0.3〜6重量%
含有するか、又はこれらのみからなる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - 成分A〜Eのみからなる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の前記成分を、200℃〜320℃の温度で互いに混合し、続いて冷却し、ペレット化することを特徴とする、成形コンパウンドの製造方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法によって得られうる成形コンパウンド。
- 成形品を製造するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物又は請求項13に記載の成形コンパウンドの使用。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物又は請求項13に記載の成形コンパウンドから得られうる成形品。
