Abstract
Description
(A) 芳香族ポリカーボネートおよび/または芳香族ポリエステルカーボネート、38〜99.3重量部、好ましくは61〜97重量部、特に好ましくは71〜84重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計に対する。)、
(B) ゴム変性グラフトポリマー、0.5〜12重量部、好ましくは1〜9重量部、特に好ましくは2〜5重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計に対する。)、
(C) ホスフィン酸の塩、0.1〜25重量部、好ましくは1〜15重量部、特に好ましくは7〜12重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計に対する。)、
(D) タルク、0.1〜25重量部、好ましくは1〜15重量部、特に好ましくは7〜12重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計に対する。)、
(E) ゴムを含まないビニル(コ)ポリマーおよび/またはポリアルキレンテレフタレート、0〜20重量部(成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計100に対する。)を含有し、好ましくは本発明の組成物はゴムを含まないビニル(コ)ポリマーおよび/またはポリアルキレンテレフタレートを含まず、
(F) 添加剤、0〜50重量部、好ましくは0.5〜25重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計100に対する。)
(本明細書中の重量部は全て、組成物中の成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計が100になるように標準化されている。)
を含有する組成物が、上記技術的目標を達成することがわかった。
A は、単結合、C1〜C5−アルキレン、C2〜C5−アルキリデン、C5〜C6−シクロアルキリデン、−O−、−SO−、−CO−、−S−、−SO2−、任意にヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよい別の芳香環が縮合していてもよいC6〜C12−アリーレン、または式(II)もしくは(III)
B は、それぞれC1〜C12−アルキル、好ましくはメチル、またはハロゲン、好ましくは塩素および/もしくは臭素であり、
x は、それぞれ互いに独立して0、1または2であり、
p は、1または0であり、
R5およびR6 は、それぞれのX1に対して個々に選択され、互いに独立して、水素またはC1〜C6−アルキル、好ましくは水素、メチルまたはエチルであり、
X1 は、炭素であり、
m は、4〜7の整数、好ましくは4または5であり、但し少なくとも1つの原子X1において、R5およびR6は同時にアルキルである。〕

Claims (21)
- (A) 芳香族ポリカーボネートおよび/または芳香族ポリエステルカーボネート、38〜99.3重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計に対する。)、
(B) ゴム変性グラフトポリマー、0.5〜12重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計に対する。)、
(C) ホスフィン酸の塩、0.1〜25重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計に対する。)、および
(D)タルク、0.1〜25重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計に対する。)
を含有する組成物。 - 成分(B)のゴム変性グラフトポリマーを2〜5重量部(それぞれ、成分A+B+C+Dの重量部の合計に対する。)含有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。

- Mm+=Ca2+およびm=2であるかまたはMm+=Al3+およびm=3である、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 該ホスフィン酸塩(成分C)の平均粒度d50が80μm未満である、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 該組成物が、モノマーおよびオリゴマーリン酸エステル、ホスホン酸エステル、ホスホネートアミンおよびホスファゼンの群から選択されるリン含有防炎加工剤を含まない、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(F)の市販の添加剤が防炎相乗剤、アンチドリップ剤、滑剤および離型剤、成核剤、安定剤、帯電防止剤、酸、充填剤および強化物質および染料および顔料である、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成形物品の製造への、請求項1〜18に記載の組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含有する成形物品。
- 該成形物品が乗用車、鉄道車両、航空機もしくは水中の乗物の部品であることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の成形物品。
