Claims (7)
- 第1部材と、
前記第1部材に接続可能であり、第1の溝と第2の溝を有する第2の面を備え、各溝が歯付きベルトの歯を受容するためであり、頂部が各溝の間に配置された第2部材とを備え、
前記第2部材は前記第1部材に共同的に係合して、間にある前記歯付きベルトに係合し、
前記第1部材はクランプ幅にわたって延びる少なくとも1つの円弧状凹面を備え、前記第2部材が前記第1部材に固定されるとき、前記円弧状凹面は前記第2部材の頂部に対応する
クランプ。 - 前記円弧状凹面は、溝ピッチの約25%から50%の範囲内にある幅W2を有する請求項1に記載のクランプ。
- 前記円弧状凹面は、溝ピッチの約75%から200%の半径Rを有する請求項1に記載のクランプ。
- 前記円弧状凹面の深さDは、溝ピッチの約10%である請求項1に記載のクランプ。
- 前記クランプは、隣接するベルト歯の間にあり、かつベルト抗張コード上にある応力集中を減少させる請求項1に記載のクランプ。
- 第1部材と、
前記第1部材に接続可能であり、少なくとも第1の溝と第2の溝を有する第2面を備える第2部材とを備え、前記第1の溝と第2の溝が溝ピッチ分だけ離間し、各溝が歯付きベルトの歯を共同的に受容し、前記第2部材が各溝の間に配置された第2部材の頂部を備え、
前記第2部材は、前記第1部材に共同的に係合して、間にある前記歯付きベルトに係合し、
前記第1部材は、クランプ幅にわたって延びる少なくとも1つの円弧状凹面を備え、前記第2部材が前記第1部材に固定されるとき、前記円弧状凹面は前記第2部材の頂部に共同的に一致し、
前記円弧状凹面は前記溝ピッチの約25%から50%の範囲内にある幅W2を有する
クランプ。 - 第1部材と、
少なくとも第1の溝と第2の溝を有する第2面を有する第2部材とを備え、各溝は溝ピッチ分だけ離間し、各溝は歯付きベルトの歯を共同的に受容し、前記第2部材が各溝の間に配置された第2部材の頂部を備え、

前記円弧状凹面は、前記溝ピッチの約25%から50%の範囲内にある幅W2と、前記溝ピッチの10%よりもほぼ小さい深さとを有する
