Claims (14)
- 二次電池のパウチのシーリング部に挿入されるベンティング装置であって、
前記シーリング部の両面の間に挿入されて前記シーリング部とともにシーリングされるハウジング;
前記ハウジングの内部に形成され、前記パウチの内部及び外部を連通する通路が貫通形成されるシート;
前記パウチの内部圧力によって前記通路を開閉し、弾性力を有する金属で製造される板ばね;及び
前記シートと前記板ばねとの間に配置され、前記通路の出口側で、前記シートと接触または離隔して前記通路を開閉するボールを備え、
前記ボールは、
半球の形状に形成されて前記板ばねの内面に付着される、ベンティング装置。 - 前記板ばねは、
中心に形成された中心部;及び
前記中心部から外側方向に延在された周辺部を含み、
前記中心部には前記ボールが付着され、
前記周辺部にはガス排気ホールが打孔される、請求項1に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記板ばねは、
一側部が外側に凸状のキャップの形状を有し、内部に前記シート及び前記ボールが挿入される挿入空間が形成される、請求項1または2に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記板ばねは、
他側端部が前記挿入空間に挿入された前記シートに向かって折り曲げられる、請求項3に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記板ばねは、
平らなプレートの形状を有し、前記シートと接触する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記シートは、
前記通路の出口側面の内周角が面取りまたはフィレットされる、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記シートは、
前記通路の出口側面の外周角が面取りまたはフィレットされる、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、
互いに形状または大きさが異なる上部ハウジング及び下部ハウジングを含む、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記下部ハウジングは、

- 前記デバイスは、
