Claims (10)
- 電圧入力源から電源の供給を受けるスイッチの開閉を制御する装置であって、
前記スイッチと電気的に並列で接続されて前記スイッチの正極端子側に電流が流れるように構成された還流ダイオードと、
前記還流ダイオードと電気的に直列で接続されるように構成されたツェナーダイオードと、
前記電圧入力源の入力端子と前記スイッチの正極端子との間に備えられ、前記入力端子から入力電圧を受け取り、前記スイッチの正極端子に前記入力電圧を伝達するように構成されたFETと、
前記FETと電気的に接続され、前記FETに前記スイッチの開閉動作を制御する信号を伝達するように構成された制御部と、
前記入力電圧が前記電圧入力源の入力端子からスイッチに供給される経路と前記制御部との接続経路上に備えられ、前記制御部に印加される電圧を分配するように構成された抵抗とを含む、スイッチ制御装置。 - 前記抵抗は、前記FETのドレイン端子と前記スイッチの正極端子との間のノードと、前記制御部の入出力ピンとの間に、両端が電気的に直接接続するように構成された、請求項1に記載のスイッチ制御装置。
- 前記抵抗は、前記制御部の入出力ピンに印加される電圧が前記制御部の定格電圧範囲内に収まるように、抵抗値が設定された、請求項2に記載のスイッチ制御装置。
- 前記抵抗は、前記抵抗値が前記制御部の内部抵抗値以上である、請求項3に記載のスイッチ制御装置。
- 前記ツェナーダイオードは、前記還流ダイオードの順方向の逆方向を順方向にして構成された、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチ制御装置。
- 前記FETは、前記FETのソース端子と前記入力端子とが電気的に直接接続され、前記FETのドレイン端子と前記スイッチの正極端子とが電気的に直接接続され、前記FETのゲート端子と前記制御部とが電気的に直接接続するように構成された、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、少なくとも二つ以上の入出力ピンを備え、
前記入出力ピンは、前記FET及び前記抵抗にそれぞれ電気的に直接接続するように構成された、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチ制御装置。 - 前記制御部と前記抵抗との間に並列で接続され、前記抵抗に向かう方向を順方向にして構成された逆電圧防止ダイオードをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチ制御装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチ制御装置を含むBMS。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチ制御装置を含むバッテリーパック。
