Description
− レセプタクルは、シリンダヘッドの固定壁に当接するように設計された放射状リムに囲まれている。
− レセプタクルに連結された管状要素は、円錐形である。
− レセプタクルが、管状要素に連結された開口の方へ空気流を導くように設計された偏向壁を有する。
− 管状要素の壁は、少なくとも1つの空気吸入ダクトに対面し、かつシールガスケットを受け入れるように設計された環状チャネルを有する。
− レセプタクルの放射状リムは、シリンダヘッドの固定壁に対面する封止要素を有する。
− 封止要素は、リムの縁の周りに延在するリップ、または放射状リムとシリンダヘッドの固定壁との間に着装されるシールガスケットである。
− レセプタクルは、プラスチック製である。
− レセプタクルは、シリンダヘッドのキャビティの壁から離隔している。
− レセプタクル、放射状リム、および管状要素は、単一部品を形成する。
− マニホルドは、レセプタクルの放射状リムおよびシリンダヘッドの固定壁に当接するように設計された固定縁によって放射状に囲まれた下流出口を有する。
− 放射状リム、レセプタクル、および管状要素は、空気吸入マニホルドの一部である。
− 管状要素の下流端部周りのチャネル内にリングシール29を配置するステップと、

Claims (11)
- 熱エンジン用の空気吸入回路(10)であって、空気圧縮要素と、前記エンジンのシリンダヘッド(11)を窪ませた燃焼室(14)の少なくとも1つの上側部分との間に配置されるようになされており、前記シリンダヘッド(11)と、空気吸入マニホルド(17)と、少なくとも1つの空気吸入ダクト(12)とを備えており、
前記エンジンの外側の方に向けられ、前記シリンダヘッドのキャビティ(22)内に着装され、かつ前記少なくとも1つの空気吸入ダクト(12)に押し込まれる管状要素(26)に連結された少なくとも1つの凹型レセプタクル(25)を備えることを特徴とする、空気吸入回路(10)。 - 前記レセプタクル(25)が、前記シリンダヘッド(11)の固定壁(20)に当接するように設計された放射状リム(32)に囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
- 前記レセプタクル(25)に連結された前記管状要素(26)が、円錐形であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
- 前記レセプタクル(25)が、前記管状要素(26)に連結された開口(30)の方へ空気流を導くように設計された偏向壁(31)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
- 前記管状要素(26)の壁が、前記少なくとも1つの空気吸入ダクトに対面し、かつシールガスケット(29)を受け入れるように設計された環状チャネルを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
- 前記レセプタクル(25)の前記放射状リム(32)が、前記シリンダヘッドの前記固定壁(20)に対面する封止要素を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
- 前記封止要素が、前記リムの縁の周りに延在するリップ、または前記放射状リム(32)と前記シリンダヘッドの前記固定壁(20)との間に着装されるシールガスケットであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
- 前記レセプタクル(25)がプラスチック製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
- 前記レセプタクル(25)が、前記シリンダヘッドの前記キャビティ(22)の壁から離隔していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
- 前記レセプタクル(25)、前記放射状リム(32)、および前記管状要素(26)が、単一部品を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
- 前記マニホルド(17)が、前記レセプタクルの前記放射状リム(32)および前記シリンダヘッドの前記固定壁(20)に当接するように設計された固定縁(33)によって放射状に囲まれた下流出口を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の空気吸入回路(10)。
