Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年12月18日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10−2017−0174041号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該大韓民国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
本発明は、有機電子素子封止用組成物、それを含む有機電子装置及び前記有機電子装置の製造方法に関する。
前記組成に対して、下記表1の重量割合で配向して混合容器に投入した。単位は重量部である。前記混合容器をプラネタリーミキサー(Planetary mixer)(クラボウ、KK−250s)を用いて均一な組成物溶液を製造した。
実施例又は比較例で製造した封止用組成物を10×30mmの直四角形状(厚さ10〜400μm)で形成し、UVを照射(メタルハライドランプ3J/cm2)した後、100℃で1時間硬化した試片を作って中心部が10×10mmになるように試片の上下を3Mテープで付ける。

前記弾性率の測定が完了したグラフで、破断のとき、前記試片の初期長さに対して伸びた長さの割合を計算する。
実施例又は比較例で製造した封止用組成物溶液を、0.7T Soda−Limeガラスにコーティングバーを用いて200μmの層に塗布した。その後、同一のガラスで合着してサンプルを製造し、前記封止用組成物にUV−A領域帯の波長範囲を有する光(メタルハライドランプ)を3J/cm2の光量で照射した後、100℃のオーブンで1時間の間熱を加えた。その後、サンプルを85℃及び85%の相対湿度の恒温恒湿チャンバーで約1000時間の間維持した。
100mm×100mmサイズのガラス基板上にカルシウムを5mm×5mmのサイズ及び100nmの厚さで蒸着し、前記カルシウムを除外した縁部に実施例及び比較例の封止用組成物を塗布した。前記塗布された状態で、100mm×100mmサイズのカバーガラスで合着した後、メタルハライド光源を用いて3J/cm2の光量でUVを照射した後、100℃のオーブンで1時間の間熱を加えた。上記得られた試片を85℃及び85%の相対湿度の恒温恒湿チャンバーで観察して、水分浸透による酸化反応によってカルシウムが透明になり始めた時点を観察する。

Claims (20)
- オレフィン系樹脂、硬化性モノマー及び前記オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して20〜90重量部で含まれ、硬化後のガラス転移温度が55℃以下である硬化性オリゴマーを含むことを特徴とする、有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記オレフィン系樹脂は、重量平均分子量が10万以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記オレフィン系樹脂は、少なくとも一つ以上の反応性官能基を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記反応性官能基は、酸無水物基、カルボキシル基、エポキシ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシ基、イソシアネート基、オキサゾリン基、オキセタン基、シアネート基、フェノール基、ヒドラジド基又はアミド基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記硬化性オリゴマーは、重量平均分子量が400〜5万g/molの範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記硬化性オリゴマーは、1以上の硬化性官能基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記硬化性官能基は、エポキシ基、グリシジル基、イソシアネート基、ヒドロキシ基、カルボキシル基、アミド基、ウレタン基、環状エーテル(cyclic ether)基、スルフィド(sulfide)基、アセタール(acetal)基又はラクトン(lactone)基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記硬化性モノマーは、重量平均分子量が400g/mol未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記硬化性モノマーは、エポキシ化合物、オキセタン化合物又はアクリル単量体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記硬化性モノマーは、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して10〜45重量部で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 無機フィラーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記無機フィラーは、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して0.1重量部〜30重量部で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 陽イオン開始剤又はラジカル開始剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 開始剤は、陽イオン開始剤及びラジカル開始剤を含み、前記陽イオン開始剤は、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して0.01〜5重量部で含まれ、前記ラジカル開始剤は、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して3〜12重量部で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 水分吸着剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記水分吸着剤は、水分反応性吸着剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記水分吸着剤は、平均粒径が0.1〜10μmの範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記水分吸着剤は、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して10〜150重量部で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 基板;前記基板上に形成された有機電子素子;及び前記基板の周縁部上に前記有機電子素子の側面を取り囲むように形成され、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物を含む側面封止層を含むことを特徴とする、有機電子装置。
- 上部に有機電子素子が形成された基板の周縁部上に請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物を前記有機電子素子の側面を取り囲むように塗布する段階及び前記有機電子素子封止用組成物を硬化する段階を含むことを特徴とする、有機電子装置の製造方法。
