Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年9月12日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2017−0116534号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本出願は、有機電子素子封止用組成物と、これを含む有機電子装置および前記有機電子装置の製造方法に関する。
V/V0≦1.4
前記組成に対して、下記表1のような重量比で配合して混合容器に投入した。前記混合容器をプラネタリーミキサー(クラボウ、KK−250s)を用いて均一な組成物溶液を製造した。
実施例および比較例で製造した封止用組成物の粘度をTA社の粘度計としてARES G2を使用して下記のように測定した。
実施例または比較例で製造した封止用組成物溶液を、ソーダ石灰ガラスにコーティングバーを用いて厚さ200μmで塗布した後、LED 395nm光源を用いて100mW/cm2の強さで100mJ/cm2の光を照射した。その後、25℃の温度、0.3mmのセルギャップおよび5%の歪み条件で、8mmのアルミニウムプレートを利用して周波数掃引で測定して、1Hzでの粘度値を測定した(TA社のARES−G2)。

実施例または比較例で製造した封止用組成物溶液を、0.7Tのソーダ石灰ガラスにコーティングバーを用いて、200μmの層で塗布した。その後、同じガラスで合着してサンプルを製造し、前記封止用組成物にUV−A領域帯の波長範囲を有する光(メタルハライドランプ)を3J/cm2の光量で照射した後、100℃のオーブンで3時間熱を加えた。その後、サンプルを85℃および85%相対湿度の恒温恒湿チャンバーで約1,000時間維持した。
サイズが100mm×100mmのガラス基板上にカルシウムを5mm×5mmのサイズおよび100nmの厚さで蒸着し、前記カルシウムを除いた縁部に実施例および比較例の封止用組成物を塗布した。前記塗布された状態で、サイズが100mm×100mmのカバーガラスで合着した後、メタルハライド光源を用いて3J/cm2の光量でUV照射した後、100℃のオーブンで1時間熱を加えた。前記得られた試験片を85℃および85%相対湿度の恒温恒湿チャンバーで観察して、水分浸透による酸化反応によってカルシウムが透明になり始めた時点を観察する。透明化の開始時間が850時間以上である場合、Oで表示し、透明化の開始時間が850時間未満かつ500時間以上である場合、△で表示し、透明化の開始時間が500時間未満である場合、Xで表示した。

Claims (22)
- 少なくとも一つ以上の反応性官能基を有するオレフィン系樹脂と、多官能性アクリルオリゴマーおよび単官能性アクリルオリゴマーを含み、前記単官能性アクリルオリゴマーは、前記オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して7〜30重量部で含まれる有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- オレフィン系樹脂は、重量平均分子量が10万g/mol以下である、請求項1に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 反応性官能基は、酸無水物基、カルボキシル基、エポキシ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基、イソシアネート基、オキサゾリン基、オキセタン基、シアネート基、フェノール基、ヒドラジド基またはアミド基を含む、請求項1または2に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 多官能性アクリルオリゴマーまたは単官能性アクリルオリゴマーは、重量平均分子量が500g/mol〜5万g/molの範囲内である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 多官能性アクリルオリゴマーは、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して8〜60重量部で含まれる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 反応性希釈剤をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記反応性希釈剤は、重量平均分子量が500g/mol未満である、請求項6に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記反応性希釈剤は、エポキシ化合物、オキセタン化合物またはアクリレート単量体を含む、請求項6または7に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記反応性希釈剤は、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して10〜50重量部で含まれる、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 無機フィラーをさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記無機フィラーは、BET比表面積が35m2/g〜500m2/gの範囲内にある、請求項10に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記無機フィラーは、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して0.1重量部〜30重量部で含まれる、請求項10または11に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 開始剤を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記開始剤は、カチオン開始剤またはラジカル開始剤を含む、請求項13に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記開始剤は、カチオン開始剤およびラジカル開始剤を含み、前記カチオン開始剤は、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して0.01〜5重量部で含まれ、前記ラジカル開始剤は、オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して3〜15重量部で含まれる、請求項13に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 水分吸着剤をさらに含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 前記水分吸着剤は、化学反応性吸着剤または物理的吸着剤を含む、請求項16に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- オレフィン系樹脂、多官能性アクリルオリゴマー、単官能性アクリルオリゴマーおよび反応性希釈剤は、それぞれ45〜75重量部、8〜21重量部、3〜15重量部および1〜21重量部の重量比で含まれる、請求項6に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物。
- 下記一般式1を満たす、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物:

前記一般式1でVは、前記封止用組成物に対して395nmの波長および100mW/cm2の強さで100mJ/cm2の光を照射した後の粘度であり、V0は、前記光を照射する前の前記封止用組成物の粘度であり、前記粘度は、25℃の温度、5%の歪みおよび1Hzの振動数で測定した粘度である。 - 基板と、前記基板上に形成された有機電子素子と、前記基板の周縁部上に前記有機電子素子の側面を囲むように形成され、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物を含む側面封止層とを含む有機電子装置。
- 有機電子素子の前面をカバーする前面封止層をさらに含み、前記前面封止層および側面封止層は、同一平面上に存在する、請求項20に記載の有機電子装置。
- 上部に有機電子素子が形成された基板の周縁部上に請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の有機電子素子封止用組成物を前記有機電子素子の側面を囲むように塗布する段階と、前記有機電子素子封止用組成物を硬化させる段階とを含む有機電子装置の製造方法。
