Claims (11)
- バッテリーモジュールに備えられたバスバーとリード集合体とを互いに密着させる自動加圧ジグ装置であって、
前記バッテリーモジュールに備えられた複数のバスバーそれぞれを同時に加圧し、前記バスバーのリードスリットを通って前記リード集合体が突出しないように前記バスバーの上部から前記リード集合体の端部を加圧する複数の加圧ユニットと、
前記加圧ユニットの一側端部に連結されて前記複数の加圧ユニットを支持する支持プレートと、
前記支持プレートに連結されて前記支持プレートを移動させることで、前記複数の加圧ユニットを前記バッテリーモジュールから遠ざけるかまたは前記バッテリーモジュールに近づける距離調節ユニットとを含む自動加圧ジグ装置。 - 前記自動加圧ジグ装置は、前記支持プレートと前記加圧ユニットとの間に介在される絶縁プレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。
- 前記加圧ユニットは、前記距離調節ユニットによって下方に移動して前記バスバーを両側から加圧する支持フレーム、及び前記支持フレームの内側に位置し、前記距離調節ユニットによって前記支持フレームと共に下方に移動して前記バスバーのリードスリットを通って突出する前記リード集合体の端部を加圧する加圧フレームを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。
- 前記加圧ユニットは、前記支持フレームと前記加圧フレームとの間に介在されて前記加圧フレームと前記支持フレームとの間の距離を維持させるが、前記加圧フレームが前記リード集合体を加圧するときに圧縮される弾性部材をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。
- 前記自動加圧ジグ装置は、一側が前記支持フレームに貫通結合され、他側が前記支持プレートに連結される固定ロッド、及び一側が前記加圧フレームに連結され、他側が前記固定ロッドの内側に挿入されて前記弾性部材の動きをガイドするガイドロッドを含む、請求項4に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。
- 前記支持フレームは、前記距離調節ユニットの動きに伴って前記支持フレームが下方に移動したとき、前記バスバーを両側から加圧する一対のバスバー加圧部を備える、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。
- 前記バスバー加圧部は、下方から上方に行くほど一対のバスバー加圧部間の距離が近くなるようにテーパー形状を有する、請求項6に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。
- 前記加圧フレームは、前記距離調節ユニットの動きに伴って前記加圧フレームが下方に移動したとき、前記バスバーのリードスリットを通って前記リード集合体が突出しないように、前記リード集合体を上方から加圧するリード加圧部を備える、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。
- 前記支持フレームは、その中心部を貫通する第1開放部を備え、
前記加圧フレームは、前記リード集合体と対応する位置に形成されて前記第1開放部と連通する第2開放部を備える、請求項3から8のいずれか一項に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。 - 前記リード加圧部は、互いに離隔して平行に延びる一対の水平バー、及び前記一対の水平バーそれぞれの中心部を連結する隔壁を含み、
前記水平バーは、前記リード集合体を加圧する、請求項8に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。 - 前記一対の水平バーそれぞれの外側端の間の距離は、前記リード集合体の幅と同じであるか又は短く形成される、請求項10に記載の自動加圧ジグ装置。
